there is no way that bloke can tape 100 a day with the machine going that slow and a man feeding the tape in properly for him! when you say a day i think you mean 24 hours??

100 a day! thas preety good, I make only 45-55 king,queen high lofts with 2"+ foam

2minX2 sides X100 = 400 min = 6 hours

im a tape edger and that machine is far too slow, i can tape aprox 100 beds a day lol
