Thanks for the info Sebbl1990. Think i got in to bttc at the end ov last season. enjoyed watcing the races when fabrizio. Cudnt anybody else keep him or is he contracted.

Yeah, it's a shame he didn't get a cockpit somewhere. Same for Turkington who won the title last year (and did an amazing job btw.). RAC isn't the sponsor of the team Turkington raced in last year any more, so he couldn't race as well. However he competed in 3 races of the WTCC, where he did a fantastic job. I heard he will start in the last two races as well (next one would be on 31 Oct.).

I hope he get's enough support from sponsors, so that he can race the whole 2011 season.

He started at the first event (won 2 of 3 races) but then he couldn't compete in any further races because of budget issues. As we know, Vauxhall pulled out of the BTCC as a worksteam at the end of 2009. In 2010 the Vectras were only run by a private team with probably a much smaller budget.

Hopfully he will be starting in BTCC or at least any other series next year.

If you see the damage on Turkington's car, it looks pretty clear that Plato was going for his B pillar to damage his car.

Plato is a liability, with no consideration for anyone.

Now now, don't over-exaggerate. We were watching from the T1 grandstand and had a very clear view of the accident and I can safely say that yes it was Plato's silly mistake, but there was no malace involved.

He tried to go up the inside after Turkington hit the brakes slightly early, but Plato locked up mid-lunge and made contact. If you want to talk about someone who has no consideration, egotistical and needs to retire, let's discuss Matt Neal.

Matt Neal and Jason Plato are much of a muchness. Theyre as bad as each other.

Colin and Fabrizio have the ability to overtake without unnecessary contact (Gio's punt of Jackson was a mistake). Chilton and even Reid can get physical without being unnecessary.

Neal has been rather low key this year as he hasnt been performing too well, but when he gets his heckles up he can get somewhat dangerous.

But Plato...I still feel he should have been banned for at least a few races for what..
