PART 1: I had this professor this past semester at Marquette University. Foster was absolutely out of control in this video. Foley-Winkler was a very good anthropology teacher and I cannot imagine anyone treating her so disrespectfully. Beyond the rude behavior, Foster should have just waited to ask Foley-Winkler about the exam until after class. But, I do think Foley-Winkler handled the situation poorly, and should have moved past the issue as soon as possible.

Let's see, she's foul mouthed, stubborn and uncooperative. What was she expecting to happen when you don't follow orders?. She clearly said that she wasn't going anywhere, and that she'd have to be removed, well, she got her request. This isn't a case of police brutality and was a complete waste of time uploading it. Most of @CopsOutofControl 's videos are true abuse, but in this case it seems she was swinging her hands towards the cop... only 1 in 100,000 may reach for a cops gun, but there is no way to know when that will be so I think this was a legit take down. She admits to threatening violence and throwing the water bottle at the prof on the vid, simply put, that is illegal. I hate bad cops and want them fully prosecuted, but you have to defend when cops make the right call. Minimal force used here.

PART 1: I had this professor this past semester at Marquette University. Foster was absolutely out of control in this video. Foley-Winkler was a very good anthropology teacher and I cannot imagine anyone treating her so disrespectfully. Beyond the rude behavior, Foster should have just waited to ask Foley-Winkler about the exam until after class. But, I do think Foley-Winkler handled the situation poorly, and should have moved past the issue as soon as possible.

The instructor asked her to leave the class by the instructor (which the instructor has a right to do) and she refused. When the police came in, she told the cops "I'm not going nowhere, so you'll have to carry my ass out if you want to because I paid for the class just like everybody else did. What you said has nothing to do with the fact she was disrupting the class and threatening other students and being verbally abusive to the instructor. She was asked to leave and she refused. Law enforcement officers showed up to--guess what--enforce the law, and she said she wouldn't leave & that "they'd have to drag (her) out of (there)." So the cops used force. She brought this all on herself.
