Another criticism on the "lawful cyclist" (the first one, that is): He is passing the right-turning bus on the right!
On a related note, my friend the anti-bike lane advocate points out that the presence of the bike lane right up to the intersection (which is even against AASHTO standards) encourages the bus to try to turn right from the left of the bike lane, increasing the potential for just this right-hook situation.

Pretty good. Only criticism is that the "lawful cyclist" at the end is riding in the door zone.
