@TheDishD The funny thing is, now days the .44 Magnum is considered a "medium" magnum. I can barely handle it, and have no desire to shoot a .480 Ruger, .475 Linebaugh, or .500 S&W.
@Cr0cket20 I actually have shot squirrels with it! Doesn't blow 'em up, just pokes a big hole through 'em. What is really funny is shooting the rock they are sitting on out from under them and watching them scramble! Oh, and destroying stuff like bowling balls and motorcycles and rototillers.
@Bahamat325 Yep, W.C. range. They have made some good changes. For the most part I like it, but it gets crowded. I was there on a Wednesday around 3:30pm and every range had somebody on it. Of course, it is getting close to hunting season.
@medicjimr The state is divided into "units." Some of the bigger, more populated units have an unlimited number of tags, others have a specific number of "draws." Hunters are only allowed one tag per year, so you can put in for a special unit. Then, if you don't get one, you can buy a general tag for one of the unlimited units.
