@markmarshall39 yup, bolts right up. I bought mine used from a previous titan owner, he had the exhaust lying around his house...got it for $100. I sold it for $150, my truck is currently back to stock. Enjoyed it while I had it :)
@JiuXxJitsuXx Using the truck to travel alot, the exhaust proved more annoying than helpful. Gas mileage wasn't even affected compared to stock, even with all the mods.
Yes I am very happy with it and its alot quieter than I thought. LE/SE models from 04-06 have 4 catalytic converters which quiets things down inside. XE models from 04-06 only have 2....which is louder and more annoying. I've owned both an XE and LE. 07-09/10 all have 4 .

@ninetyfive300zx Bank's exhaust are definitely loud. Common.....3 inch piping and a 5 inch exhaust outlet!
