The "red letters" in the Bible DO take precedence over the black words because Jesus was the establishment & fulfillment of a NEW COVENANT w/mankind. All that was old is made new in the flesh & blood of Christ the Lord. Jesus didn't make it easier for man to attain salvation & redemption from sin, but he opened the door to ALL mankind & set us free from the damnation of sin through his blood sacrifice on the cross & through His blood the taint of sin & damnation is washed away & we are redeemed.
Mark, i have the same situation in my family, and my folks have been a witness to them forever, it seems like, and i couldn't agree with you more when you say just "love them". that's been so much more rewarding for me. i say "just love them" and some of those family members are attending church now. it has worked with friends too. i love your show! i look forward to this every week. Thank You! God is so Good!
I look forward each week to what Tony and Mark are going to share with us. This is the stuff I needed to hear when I first came to Jesus as a kid at the age of 12. I'm so thankful that I am hearing it now. Thanks guys and God bless you both and your ministry to the rest of us beggars.
Thank you so much for posting Mark.
