@varun009 That's because the concept of Raxis Prime and the CIS didn't exist during when they filmed the Original Trilogy. Hard for the Rebels to use something that hadn't been conceptualized yet by the writer of the story. Unless you think George Lucas had knowledge of everything that would be written post Original Trilogy.

The CIS would have won the war, because one day the clones would have become too old to fight on and go into retirement thus enforcing the Republic to pay for their benefit . With millions of such soldiers, the Republic would not have had enough money to produce more armory and actually lost the war.

Maybe that is the reason why Palpatine ended the war so quickly.

One thing that I never understood about the clone wars: How are the Clones not overwhelmed by the sheer number of droids? I mean, the CIS only needs a few parts/assembly line/factory on any random planet to build massive droid armies in days. The republic needs kamino's cloning facilities and many years to build effective clone armies. I know 1 clone>1 droid but you'd need a ridiculous quality advantage like 1 clone>10,000 droids to make a difference. The CIS should have overun the republic...
