  • Is it all right to take animal pak multivitamins, BSN Cellmass Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate, and protein powder all at once? obviously i'd cycle off creatine.

    I'm 16 years old, 5'10, 140 lbs, relatively muscular. I'm planning on doing p90x this summer. Any input would be appreciated. thanks :D

  • When people will start realising that this shit doesn't only hard and CONSISTENT workouts at the gym and anabolic work!!! Only some supplements can help multivitamins, essential oils, protein, glutamine and creatine buy them separately and not in this expensive formulas

  • this guys right. ive done pre and post and i get better results with a pre workout serving of cellmass. I feel the energy as if i had something like N.O. xplode and still get the amount of creatine i need by the time i need it during my workout. Definitely better results

  • wow this guy is a tool first of all n.o xplode barley has 1.5 grams of creatine in it for the pump same with cell mass so they both dont have much creatine it it and u need creatine before and after ur workouts thats why u take cell mass after and u need glutamine after ur workouts for recovery so the creatine and glutamine are very helpful so u def need to take cell mass after ur workouts ....i donno what this guy is talkin bout

Ur absolutely right..... for when body generates energy using the ATP-CP system then the body's creatine reserves are used, to replenish the reserves u need to take creatine, it just needs 2 be taken with sinple carbs for best absorption, other than that, pre or post wrkout wont affect that very workout

  • be careful with cellmass. I was taking that stuff for a week and stopped immediately. I did cardio one evening and had some cramps in my abdominal region, kidneys started aching badly. I did not notice any gains in muscle mass. I will no longer be a consumer of BSN, Gaspari, Muscle Tech etc. I am sticking to Tribulus because it works great for me.

  • @RfCostaRica7 Uh......creatine supplementation turns on muscle cells' genetic machinery, which produces more proteins and larger muscle fibers...negative sideaffects have not been reported if you stay within 5 g of creatine....and I already know you don't know wtf you're talking about if you consider NO cell mass a "preworkout supp"...Preworkout supps = NO xplode, nano vapor, black power, hemorage, etc...Fact check much?

  • This guys a noob like cmon, N.O Xplode has alot more than creatine and glutamine, it only has a very very mininal amount of creatine plus the glutamine, Nitric Oxide, caffine and other stimulants. Whereas Cellmass is a creatine matrix with a bend of creatines and glutamine + others to help shorten the recovery process. So take N.O. Xplode pre workout for energy and pumps, and take Cellmass right after to help the recovery process and keep your muscles hydrated which helps anabolism in te longrun

  • i use no xplode before m workout and after and i mean right after my workout i take cell mass and 30 mins after cell mass i take a protein shake.. that is where i've seen the best results, it has a little more involved with recovery than he mentioned but like he said use cell mass only for very high intensity workouts (muscle fatigue/failure type lifting) IMO it helps alot
