@majorrockprincess22 If you buy the Late Night expansion pack, you can change the breast size and it's kind of like the other bars to click and slide to your choice. So far, I think that is the only game with additional Create Your Sim extra slides. I'm not sure though. Hope I helped anyways.

1st one: Adjust weight

2nd one: Adjust muscle

3rd one: Adjust muscle definition (how much the muscle shows)

4th one: Adjust breast size.
