what doesn't seem to be understood is that teams have plays that they run on the power play and that is why they pass the puck around, to set up a play that will allow for a rebound or the possibility for the next best scoring chance. I have been to more that one game and have even seen a wild power play goal. I just don't understand how the fans there are so impatient that they want a million crazy shot instead of one really good shot/chance that creates a goal

What does having season tickets have to do with knowledge of the game?  You know it's not just the wild that set up the power play right? All i've been saying is that I found it weird that the fans in "the state of hockey" didn't get it. There are always a few people in every arena who yell but it was almost everybody in the Xcel, it was shocking.

I agree, that only happens when our players try to get too cutesy and pass the puck around for the entire two minutes. it's not only the fans who say it's important to get shots on the net. sometimes it takes quantity over quality to beat the best NHL goalies, and you never know when you'll get a lucky bounce.

gah i love that place and by the way that is the largest stadium in hockey and largest jumbotron in all sports and i have been on it XD. no really i got to skate on the ice on day and they put me on there that stadium is AMAZING.

I think the Panthers have used several songs over the past couple of years. They've used NYR's song, Bro Hymn for a little bit of last year, Kernkraft 400, and I believe they use Crowd Chant this year. I'm still waiting for a team to use the end of Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love by Van Halen.
