I was in Guam on my last tour aboard a nuclear powered fast attack submarine and heard the news when we arrived in port. I called my mother in Hawaii and we both shared the loss. She played a lot of Dino when I was a kid and hearing him reminds me of her. I once found myself among a lot of seniors singing 40's and 50's songs word for word.
