to role the balll up ur head u need to practice alot n wen it goes up ur head ur head needs to tilt over so there is as much of a flat surface as u can for the ball to role up ur head, then when its on the sie of ur head smothly n suddenly bring ur head back up n tilt ur head to other way for the ball to roll down!

However my skills are far far away from yours, so the time you put in your practice is much higher i guess. Much respect for that hard work!!!
