im not sure its a pomp if you have your hair long in the back. its more of a mullet.

the top should be longer then the rest of the hair to create that "lift".

its a nice try but i think you got the wrong haircut.

you need to cut that pony tail in the back annd then taper your hair on the sides and back to atl least #2 or #3.

then comb it all they way and pomp it !
