  • Sadly, the guy misunderstood Cassel, who used this example to illustrate why one cannot follow the Bush Administration's torture policy to its logical conclusion, not that the torture policy is ok! What this guy should be horrified about, instead, is that John Yoo actually said, yes, the torture policy means that, in certain circumstances, it would be lawful to torture an innocent person (child) in order to coerce someone into giving intelligence. And John Yoo would know-he wrote the legal memos

  • @wwwPNACATTACKcom uh... no... he is being an idiot. see my comment above. If someone does not understand an issue or a logical illustration, or know what one is talking about-- one should not make a fool of oneself slandering a scholar who does know what he is talking about. Shame on him!
