nice, this is how i do them, but i want to learn the 1-2 step version cos it looks better, can you do them?

@markwoodland1 yeah i can do them, but i prefer this one cuz i block it and they are pretty clean, this video is old, i can do them a lot nicer now

@Gabbiies yeah, btw i can only do a cartwheel one way and my side flip the other way, but i can't do either the same way, any tips?

@markwoodland1 My tip would be to practice your sideflips the other way around on a trampoline to get used to the or to practice your cartwheels the other way around on the ground
