When people say this man is not talented, they are not talking about his delivery. His delivery and timing are fine. It's the subject matter - trivial first-world problems of no depth. Even then some comedians find a unique angle with which to present mundane subject matter, but he's just screaming and mugging without delivering a proper punchline.

Damn though he got me at the end with the pants joke as I was typing this. I guess a clock can be funny twice a day, uh I mean right uhhhhhh

I mean, king of queens that really inst my favorite show, but I do have a couple of laughs here and there. I honestly think it's because of life long persistence that got him through to his success. The same goes for anything anyone wants to do I suppose. Some just present phenomenal natural born talents than talents some of us have to work really hard and be persistent to get up to.

Think Tim Allen w/Home Improvement, Jerome Allen "Jerry" Seinfeld w/Seinfeld etc. The actors usually start as comedians, a network see's their standup. Thinks, hey, that would be a great sitcom. Puts them in a room with a bunch of writers, they discuss, a pilot is created, and so on. Kevin James was doing these jokes long before King of Queens!
