  • Welcome to Schprockets! Senator Obama seems more comfortable in Europe than here in America. Maybe he should be THEIR leader.

  • you always can cut stupid people together.

that video doesn´t show the german opinion, it doesn´t show a political opinion all. it shows the silliness of its creators .

  • sorry obama really is the idiot

  • obamab is an idiot

  • McCain is an idiot

  • this is real real bad. most of us berlins arent that dumbass like showed in that video. poor producer, not having better ideas.

  • Oh, did I hurt your feelings?

Che was millitant marxist, the fact that this "German" compared him with obama is just a sign for his stupidity, this doesn't necessarily mean that every German or European thinks that way. I don't think that these people were German anyway, I'd recognize them as such.

Oh, before I forget, "Pseudo educated europeans" at least our Schoolsystem works ;-)

  • The old, senile republican simply dumbed his campaign down, now the average American thinks "w00t! He makes jokes of him hahahaa you've got my vote Mr. McCain!"

  • The guy at 0:37 isn't even German and the pathetic attempt to make a connection between Hasslehof and Obama is just pathetic.

  • and berlin just is a symbol for that, THE symbol for the reunification of not

just germany, no the world in a sense. that's why obama chose berlin, not because he wanted to be some

f&%*ing hasselhoff clone. do you know why the germans loved hasselhoff? because he sang about freedom,

    nothing more!

i hope this clip will have the exactly opposite effect than they wish it has.

    let's be one!

    kisses from berlin

  • this is so hilarious, as a berlin/german citizen i feel deeply offended, but also amused! this clip just

shows how stubborn and superficial the republicans are, just using stereotypes. i wonder that there were

    no leathertrousers and bratwursts...

so many people went there because they hope america will act in the future, like it has acted in the past.

uniting the world, helping the world, and not trying to split the world like the bush administration did

    during the last 8 years...

  • FU Republicans!

  • If "our allies like Obama" is the best thing that the RNC has to attack him with, this election is in the bag.

  • I wouldn't count on that, I hope Obama wins but all the republicans need is one bullshit issue. Like Gays, the pledge of allegiance or god knows what. It worked for Bush... twice.

  • History appears first as tragedy, second as farce.

    This is really embarrassing.

  • what a piece of trash and an offence against germany and the people living there likewise for all americans.

  • Thats the left wing scum I have to deal with every day in Germany.

They have no clue about anything, but are not afraid to have an opinion on everything.

    Embarrasing folks.

Just for them I want a big " MAC IS BACK ! " in November.

  • dein name sagt ja schon alles, für solche leute wie dich schäme ICH mich, nein ganz deutschland schämt sich

  • ganz Deutschland + 1.

  • lol, btw: is the background animation used in this vid supposed to be a reference to KITT???

    "I need ya buddy!"

  • it's a shame that so many people here in germany believe that obama is the new messiah. one reason is german media fully ignored the real candidate of hope, dignity, prosperity and freedom.

    germany for ron paul

  • No it's not. No one actually does.

    Germany for RuPaul!

  • You are aware that Ron Paul dropped out of the presidential race in June?

  • of course he did, but his supporters will write his name in. have you seen the videos of the revolution march on july 12 in washington ? the revolution won't be televised

  • I am German and I dont like Obama (McCain neither) but I this video is crap.

  • just ignore stupid ppl

  • yeah.. sure..

    1. it's probably not like those were the only people interviewed there, those are just the few scenes, that fit right to the ad's message - don't act like you don't know!

    2. And it's not like we all really adore Obama, but yes, he has charisma and concerning his politics he seems to be on the right path. (but actually, I was rather pro Clinton - from an outsider's point of view.. ) I would have gone there too if I was a Berlin citizen, why not? (the weather was fine aswell..)

  • 3. Of course the Germans and all other nations are somehow concerned about the new president of the US - they do play a big role. Their actions have among the biggest consequences for the whole world. And it's not like GWB was the man of our choice.. at all!

  • 4. ever heard of language boundaries? do you speak a different language than english at all, so you know what I'm talking about? ever tried to sum up your thoughts and emotions concerning a political topic spontaniously, in that foreign language? in front of a freaking camera?

    didn't think so..

    so, f*ck off!

ps: never was a big fan of rave music (who would have thought?) or the Hoff, but that made me laugh!

  • I really liked your comment - except for this last part where you were being a bit rude, Sir.

But still: I can't stand these big-headed people used to wearing "Not my president" or even "Good Bush / bad Bush"-Shirts and now cheering so much to Obama. Yes, Obama stands for the hope of a better and more peaceful world and - most important of all - for a reasonable foreign policy. But so does McCain. I do prefer Obama, but I don't understand why he is admired so unconditionally.

  • Oh, and yes! I do speak other languages than English, and those would include German, French and Spanish. And, also, yes, I would have significant problems to express my political thoughts in some of these languages without sounding totally retarded.

  • to LordFaulteroy

yeah, sorry about the rudeness.. I was a bit pissed and maybe I worked mayself up into a rage too much.. This is like one of my first replys on youtube at all - you just got me with that "those Germans are pathetic"

big ups to you speaking 3 foreign languages! that'S quite impressive indeed!

  • yeah, I now understand more where you coming from - that unconditional admiration is dangerous. That's why I was a bit suspicious of Obama's nomination aswell, at first he seemed to just appeal to people's emotions.. All talk but no substance really.. but I changed my mind.

    so.. Obama08! I guess

  • You're pathetic. Get a life or at least some freedom fries. Of course all Germans, specially us in Berlin love Obama. Guess what? Old Europe doesn't care! At least we have freedom of speach.

  • and it surprises you that of all people that were asked about their motives to go there, a mccain ad shows those, who are on the far left? maybe for purpose?

"oh yeah, those stupid communists like obama.. you can't trust obama, at all!"

  • My comment was about stupid fools who worship Che, not about the spot. Not voting for either, but always love to see Boo Hoo Obama's worshippers defend their Messiah and fail top actually read the post. That's religion for you.

  • yeah. welcome to the zoo. why don't you get back into your cage?!

  • Brilliant. You probably don't even know who Che is anyway. Too stupid and ignorant to comment on the actual content of my post, thanks so much for proving my point.

  • Oh sorry, I thought it was about so many Europeans who are pseudo-educated ignoramuses?!

Get a life or at least some education.
