The Ikea man come on the phone and says "Hello Mr Blair" even though Hayley wasn't told his name was Tony Blair. It shows that even the Ikea staff were told of the prank or are also actors.

@Ilovebashful no the point is when he said to hayley "it's tony here" she could tell from his voice that it was tony blair, so freaked out and got her supervisor to talk to him.
