I had friends with M3 and porsche and they aren't the best in reliability unless you have lots of cash. they're fast but i rather get used C5 corvette only for price, performance, aftermarket size, looks, reliabilty.

The Best Value for any car is one that is the cheapest you can get that doesnt break often and the repairs are cheap when it does. So, my suggestion is stick with a 8-10 year old BMW or Mercedes. They are priced around 10-12,000 dollars depending and are still great cars. Or, buy a Ford Expiditon 2001-2004 Mine had 202,000 miles and never broke down! No repairs just tires and oil changes and tran fulid changes.
