I think Tookie should have been forgiven. Someone mentioned what if it were my parents? you are right. My reflex would be to lash out with the same remorse he had on the lives of my parents, had they been mine but that is the issue stressed here. Ending this craving for revenge. Tookie was a changed man and he wanted the war to end. Who knows what he could have done, had he been spared?

You guys dont understand. this guy believed he was an innocent man. he said he had nothing to do with the murder he was arrested for. he had an all white and a bias jury, what do you expect? Has Snoop been invoved in serious anti-gang initiatives? Because he could have a great deal of influence on kids lives, he could help them avoid gang life. But I don't think making 'positive' music counts, I'm talking about going to the neighbourhoods and helping out with social programs, or at least donating money to anti gang initiatives.
