I think it is a reissue record. But the advantages to reissues is they replace old copies that may had neglect.

Yes, I have several reissued 45s by Eric Records. They were clearly made for jukeboxes, because they put a hit song on both sides, instead of the original B-side songs, and some even have two completely different artists, one on each side.
