i have this workout...used it two and a half years ago and lost 65 pounds in three months combined with pilates and low carb diet. and...shelly's abs are actually NOT the most ripped abs in this workout...there are two other chicks whose abs are WAY more defined. NOT saying shelly's abs aren't ripped! but in my opinion, hers are not the most impressive ones in this workout.

Hey, SoarinKitty, I thought so at first too. When I bought the amplifier bar, the box had 5 DVD's in it along with a book on food and exercise tip and it has a bio of their lives in it. Billy is the only father Shelly has ever known. Billy and her mom, Gayle married straight out of high school, Gayle had Shellie when she was a teen.

Lots of these people WERE overweight when they started doing TaeBo and they've lost it and gotten in shape. You can do it, but just do it at the level you are able to do until you build yourself up.

Holy crap Shellie got ripped !! Too bad she's really annoying in all of the tae bo workouts. I can only take so much of her screeming at the top of her lungs. I won't buy another Tae bo workout because of her. I'm sticking with Power 90. Toni works your balls off, and there are no long pauses during his workout regime.
