hey there I go through the umms too and this is what I learned in a public speaking portion of a class that I took...when you feel the um coming just pause to collect your thoughts and then speak...it takes some practice but it works...try it.

I'm so happy I actually have that hip duo, I own three, Cheeky, which I tried a look for I have not done one for the flare cause I didnt know what to do, now I do after watcing this, and the other hip duo I have is the showy it's a sort of teal blue and navish, if you have Showy can you do a look on that one as well, Love your videos
