Having never played this game, this song strongly reminds me of battle music in the Tales series (such as Symphonia). The fast pace sounds more like battle music in general..

Can't disagree with this at all. However, I'm noticing a lack of a certain final dungeon theme from Tales of Symphonia (Last Battle - Decision)... and I can't understand why (besides maybe making a point that the only Tales soundtrack you really care about is Legendia's).

hmmmm... can't tell if this is from the original or the remake. i haven't played any of the games. just seen LP's. sounds like it might be the remake. i'm not sure if the older systems and PC's had this good of quality.

Cannot deny your #1 choice at all, though I do think both the Oath in Felghana OST version of this song, as well as the Falcom JDK Band version of it, are better than the one you picked.

Oh man, this theme. I've never actually played Ys III, but always wanted to. Hardness be damned. I love this song though. The Hellion Sounds remix of this almost always makes it onto video game mix cds of mine.
