Freedom Call is amazing, plain and simple. Freedom Call, Stratovarius, Hammerfall, and Gamma Ray are some of my favorites.

The glorious............. part sounds like a part from DragonForce's song Heroes Of Our Time, maybe DF got inspired by this or maybe Freedom Call and DragonForce both are influenced by one band that has such an cool part with lines ending with -us

I love the fact Dragonforce and Power quest get mentioned, cos along with Freedom Call and a 4th power metal band, theyre easily my fav bands...strange that Luca Turilli got mentioned too, hes another one of my favs :D

Nah, it's close. Probably the same key. But really, all power metal is the very similar. Both bands rock, I think it's just coincidence. And even if Dragonforce did get their riff from Freedom Call, FC should be honored. Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery.

Guys... seriously. Who cares? People take inspiration from other bands all the time, they may even do a part int he style of another band. Yes, the pre-chorus of the first verse of Heroes of Our Time is a lot like that part, but that doesn't necessarily mean that they heard this song and said, "let's see... if we take this part, up the octave, change the instruments, change a few of the lyrics, that would sound cool." NO! They just did that part in the style of Tears Falling. That's all.

Um, Freedom Call was chosen as DragonForce's special guest for some dates in Germany awhile back, around the time Heroes of Our Time was released as a single. I'm pretty sure DF has been influenced by FC, and as far as I can tell that's a good thing.
