you come to us, hat in hand, with your story of gaia faggotry and ask for our attention. And yet you do not offer the proper respect and offer neither tits nor a tasty sammich. The godfather says, GTFO!
@TimmyStaunton don't remember the name but it was when Bart worked for Fat Tony and when Fat Tony gets busted for something they use Bart as a scape goat and said he was in charge
I shall join the Simpson family, I shall protect Don Homero Simpson's son Bart with my life because Don Simpson helped my father by protecting his business and family, I swear in the name of God and my Family to help the little Bart avenge his father at all costs, I swear I shall not show mercy to our enemies and traitors, I shall respect my fellow Simpson mafiosi and their families, if you are a Simpson as well, thumbs up and let's help Bart to avenge his father and assure to make him the Don!
if you're the type of person to read the comments first, then don't waste your time with this shit. clips of the simpsons to godfather music. you've been warned.
@riptide3210 i accidently looked at the clip at 0:42 instead at 0:52 fuck sake calm will ya why didnt u wikipedia the episode in the first place idiot boy
@adambelfast1 how would i wikipedia it. All i have is a picture. I will not calm down until i am compensated for my trouble. Im going to tell my dad about you. And dont curse at me or ill shove a hamster up your ass
@joshuanaraine What the hell are you kidding. I watched the episode You are all liars. THe truth is that at 0:51 is from the bart wants what the bart wants which i had to find out for myself, and nobody told me
Should have put in the scene where Marge bulks up and beats the crap out of her mugger. It was a parody of the scene where Sonny beats the crap out of Carlo.
The producers say that there are enough references to The Godfather throughout the entire series that you could actually reconstruct it. The same with Citizen Kane.
@ng1493 Funny, I was just thinking that while watching this. wasn't that said in an audio commentary? I watched all of those commentary's from season 1-9. at some point.
At 0:41 is an important scene in the film "Pulp Fiction". This scene starts a chain reaction of problems and solutions inevitabley ending the tale of the boxing fiasco. The scene also rectifies a peculiar character alongside a security gaurd with a sterotypical "hick". Thank you so very much waldronicTomotron for realising the error of my ways.
@HypoTurtleProduction You could only emphasise words such as 'rectifies' for that piss poor description you just retaliated with? You actually didn't describe the scene at all but tried to over exaggerrate the shitty description you just gave for it.
@HypoTurtleProduction First of all, its not a particularly 'important scene' in the overall film, it just serves as a nice cause and effect sequence as result of Butch colliding with the very man (witnessed in flashback and in seperate storyline, Marcellus Wallace) who is trying to kill Butch for his disloyalty. Its really just a climax of the Butch story.
@WaldronicTomotron HA! An unimportant scene? Are you joking? The scene in one foul swoop, lets Butch walk a free man without having to peer over his shoulder at every speakable moment. The climax of the story is when he murders Vincent, that one shooting dictates the chronological order of the film and tranquilizers the Vega saga.
@HypoTurtleProduction What? I'm tallking about Butch's saga not Vega's, Butch shooting Vega is just natural progression in the 'Gold Watch's' timeline (ending 'Vic Vega and Marcellus wallace's wife' storyline, not Butch's storyline). The last event (chronologically) in the film is 'The Gold watch' chapter, Vega's shooting is done in a non-linear manner yes, but is only dictated when we see him again in the 'Bonnie situation' completing the opening scene.
@HypoTurtleProduction Secondly, the scene's success is in the suspense QT applies via restricted narration and sound; as Butch sits vulnerable staring at 'The Gimp' with only a fear of what's instore, he is at the same knowledge as us, the viewers. This is called restricted narration, withholding information from both audience and characters; deliberately working to build suspense and work our imaginations rather than showing us what exactly is going on behind that door.
@WaldronicTomotron Look, let's not fight. The scenes signifigance is too strong to be put into words. I should of correctly phrased the scene but on a general basis, finding people as intelligent as us is difficult even for youtube, I was going on the premise that everyone is stupid and I deemed that the scene should be described colloquially as it is a forgettable scene. :)
@HypoTurtleProduction The climax in Butch's story happens when he and Marcellus settle their dispute and cooperate against Zed in the rape scene, Marcellus promises Butch a free escape, this is when he's given confirmation in his life that he doesn't have to sleep with on eye open anymore, riding off he quips 'Zed's dead baby' equilibrium is reached in his narrative.
I can't follow you when you contradict your own words saying the scene is both 'important' and 'forgettable'?
@WaldronicTomotron Haha. Obviously you know your stuff. But I don't think that I need to remind you that I am talking of the SCENE. Not the .5 second segment in the youtube clip.
My contradiction is based on the scenes importance yet it never seemed like a truely "classic" scene.
@HypoTurtleProduction Huh? You've just told me you think its entirely significant! And secondly, I AM TALKING ABOUT THAT SCENE. The rape scene is the climax of Butch's story is all I was ultimately saying. The scene is important to Butch's story as character development and closure, you could argue its a classic scene, its entirely debatable, everyone has their own opinion.
@HypoTurtleProduction So anyway, this suspense pays off when Butch breaks free, we're suddenly in the pov, the shoes of Butch; cause and effect. So when he breaks free, the building tension pays off and Butch and the audience share omniscient knowledge over the the store clerk, Zed and Wallace which makes it almost triumphant when he DOES burst through the door, Katanna blazing. You see?
@HypoTurtleProduction Oh I forgot to mention sound. For instance, when Butch is tied up, all he can do is sit and wait. The use of diegetic sounds, of Wallace's anguish, or the hillbilly screams of relish. Like Butch, we are subjected to these sounds which works the imagination and adds to the feeling of being restricted (like Butch in this situation), as does the non-diegetic music (soundtrack, Comanche - The Revels) which is a brash and energetic song to contrast the brutal act of rape. Ok?:)
@JudasAngel666 hang on i commented on it before i even watched it sorry. Because i saw the picture on the video. which was the scene from the simpsons parodying pulp fiction
