Slide is fine for fast doubles on one foot like for some gospel chops/drum n bass type stuff, but the motion is just way too big for fast, constant doubles like Origin or Fleshgod Apocalypse. Heel toe is the only way to pull 260-270 bpm off.

I personally think the bass drum itself needs tuned a little more or just put a nylon dampening ring on it to muffle it a little. Otherwise great technique. And yes don't be talkin shit. First of all, the word you're looking for is arrogance, not ignorance, stupid. Learn the difference. Secondly, you don't have to be cocky to say you can play this. That's like saying you're cocky for knowing the alphabet. This is an entry level double kick pattern that doesn't require any double stroke technique to play. Watch some Dave Mackintosh vids. He's one of the most fluent drummers in that category.

Squeak can stop, just go to a skate shop, ask for "speed cream" and put it on all your joints (slave unit, bearings, everything), and the squeakies go away. :) Hope i could help. If you're who i think you are, perhaps you can also roll a joint while lubing up your joints. :D
