lasers arent in phun they are only in algodoo

Simulation, and click Incompressible

fluids(or water?!). Close the Options window.

This should help you out.

that's cause algodoo, isa special phun version and you have to buy it, it costs 29€

i dah the same problem but its really easy to fix

first u open the console by pressing f11

then u type in: SPH->{vaporizeTime = 5.0;viscosity = 0.5}
