It is pronounced Ra-Moo-Ney as used in the video. It's a simple three syllable word which is what Lemonade would sound like if you tried to say it in Japanese as there is no 'L' sound or 'ade' sound in the language.

For those who want a slightly better description of the drink. It's like a fruity red bull mixed with magic and doesnt taste like red bull at all

The effects are also quite interesting as the energy effects multiply! One does very little, three gets you really hyper. After six to eight you will vomit. Cool!

Flavor wise, it obviously doesn't compare to many drinks in America.. I'm guessing what makes it popular is that the method of opening is unique and the fact that there's a marble that you can shake around in the bottle..

the ramune drinks are very good.... but yeah the idea of wasabi and curry as drinks sounds gross to me.

you do have to remember they can spit soda at you so if you hold down firmly on the top you are safe.

the store near me sells lychee, melon, and now strawberry (which is pink) flavors. thoes are all good, cheap, and surprisingly alot lower in calories and sugar than most american drinks.

i used to have a collection of the marbles from them that i used to keep a long time ago

Have you tried the other Ramune Flavors yet? By far, my favorite is Melon, then Lychee and Original, but there are flavors that I do find odd, and one even hotter than the curry, I believe it translated as very painful, or at least that's what I was told it said. I have to admit you're a lot braver than me, I'd never try either of those drinks.

One good way to keep the ramune from soaking you is to wrap a few napkins around the mouthpart of the bottle while pushing the marble down slowly. Other non-puke inducing flavors include strawberry and melon.
