  • Oboe d'amore (Incagnoli)...................

  • Beautiful!

It looks like Polish Chamber Orchestra playing, and their concertmaster Jacub Haufa on solo violin.

  • That's NOT an oboe da caccia that he's playing, nor a cor-anglais for that matter. It's an oboe d'amore. Lovely playing in any case

  • @hetmehet He's certainly not playing oboe da caccia. And with all that hardware, it can't be a Baroque oboe d'amore either. But modern cor anglais and modern oboe d'amore look very similar. I can't say for sure which it is, as I don't pay much attention to modern instruments. With so many excellent period instrument players, there's no need to settle for modern instrument performances of period music anymore.

  • wonderfull! pitty I've never studied with the oboist!!!!! I'm almost 10 years out of the music world, but now I really miss my oboe again....... knowing that there are still musicians who find expression verry important!!!

you are a wonderfull guy! go on like this please, i can feal the your heart in your playing...

  • I love it. Do you know the version of this piece sung by Eula Beal with Yehudi Menuhin? It is brilliant!
