South Korea....When u get a chance to travel in korea, they dont mention as south korea....they prefer to say korea....may be, they still dream for the two koreas to unite!!!!
In Korea, driving at 140 kmph is normal and you cant feel it when u sit inside the vehicle....Today, i saw that the buses (Bus no. 1112 from KHu to Jamsil) have some sort of speed control...They cant go beyond 100 kmph. There is a beep sound and the driver keeps it around 98-95 kmph. This may be to avoid accidents in the winter...In summer, this kind of speed control is not applicable...As u can see, safety is given priority here...Korea is one of the safest places to travel....
The music is impressive, like an action movie. :). The traffic in Korea is really perfect. I haven't recognized that The vehicles run so fast. Maybe tomorrow, I will check.
In Korea, the vehicles usually follow the lane discipline...So, a Bus has an exclusive lane and can go faster than cars since the car lanes tend to be busier mostly. In festival days, it takes almost 24 hrs for cars to travel between seoul and busan which on any normal day would have taken only 4 to 5 hrs.
