Estonia's second victory against Armenia was very lucky because our attack was much better chances but our defense deflected one of ur attacks into our own net causing an own goal.

Well in Estonia for example football was totally killed off after the occupation started, it wasn't funded, names of clubs were changed, everything national was changed. Estonians weren't allowed near football, it was all russians. The deep Soviet bloc-Russian friend state is just unfriendly for western clubs, they don't come to areas like Armenia much so it's hard for countries like that.

Pre-Soviet, Armenia and those Caucasus countries didn't even have football teams then, unlike the Baltics. Estonia even competed at the olympics with their football team, losing 1-0 to the US from a penalty. Post Soviet Baltics have also been strong, when did a Caucasus country make it to the EC or WC? I'd say Caucasus and Baltics are pretty even. When football wasn't allowed for Estonians they also played basketball and were very good.

Our best players from the looks of it are Henrik Mkhitaryan and Levon Pachajyan. Manucharyan is just hype and bullshit. Also we got Goharyan and Yagan and Voskanyan coming in from the U21 to play for the national team so from the looks of it, we do have a bright future. The pitch was as it was, but Estonians didnt want the game to be held this early in spring, the local football federations plead for the game being held later this year, was'nt taken heard of. Considering how bad it was when the cover was taken off from the grass just hours before the game and a thin layer of sand that was put there (it was done so that the pitch would be playable after that game too) , it looked good.
First game was definite Estonian win, but you cant blame the ref for making a mistake and Armenians for their luck - first goal from a stupid richoche and the second one - well, there wasnt a second goal. at least nothing was on stake there.
Second game Estonians had luck, but teams played equally, or maybe even a little worse than the opposite but goalie earned his pay with huge amount of bonuses.

Estonia's second victory against Armenia was very lucky because our attack was much better chances but our defense deflected one of ur attacks into our own net causing an own goal.

Blackburn Rovers was the club that got them to England. Belgian league isn't comparable to French, German or English leagues (but I'm not saying it's weak.) Well in Estonia for example football was totally killed off after the occupation started, it wasn't funded, names of clubs were changed, everything national was changed. Estonians weren't allowed near football, it was all russians. The deep Soviet bloc-Russian friend state is just unfriendly for western clubs, they don't come to areas like Armenia much so it's hard for countries like that.

Pre-Soviet, Armenia and those Caucasus countries didn't even have football teams then, unlike the Baltics. Estonia even competed at the olympics with their football team, losing 1-0 to the US from a penalty. Post Soviet Baltics have also been strong, when did a Caucasus country make it to the EC or WC? I'd say Caucasus and Baltics are pretty even. When football wasn't allowed for Estonians they also played basketball and were very good.

The pitch was as it was, but Estonians didnt want the game to be held this early in spring, the local football federations plead for the game being held later this year, was'nt taken heard of. Considering how bad it was when the cover was taken off from the grass just hours before the game and a thin layer of sand that was put there (it was done so that the pitch would be playable after that game too) , it looked good.

First game was definite Estonian win, but you cant blame the ref for making a mistake and Armenians for their luck - first goal from a stupid richoche and the second one - well, there wasnt a second goal. at least nothing was on stake there.
Second game Estonians had luck, but teams played equally, or maybe even a little worse than the opposite but goalie earned his pay with huge amount of bonuses.
