Too much breathing. Half the time you sounded out of breath. You need to stop singing from your throat and start singing from your diaphragm. It will improve your sound and will make you louder. Also, before you add your own quirks, you need to learn to sing the original song correctly. Keep practicing! =]

uhmm you're trying too hard, u have to make sure you don't slide your notes up and down, listen back to this and pay attention to the parts where you're sliding and work on it so that when you change notes, ure not hitting every other note on the way up/down. There were some moments that sounded really good but others need a lot of work. Also, don't take what other people say to heart and ignore them. I think you need to get singing lessons before u develope habits.. good luck!
