All of the statistical evidence presented in this video can be used as positive towards African American progression as citizens. Its not that courts will be impartial in delivering a judgment but blacks must find legal rights and connection to slavery other than skin deep. The only way for blacks to gain reparations in the United States is to get ethnic DNA testing proving that they are the rightful heirs of those people that are now expired.

This summing of reparations has been brought up before to no avail. Courts have viewed the issue as being of no merit to corporations due to statue of limitations. Some have argued treatment in the after mat of slavery as reason for the disparity of blacks in America as being reason to push this agenda. To be very frank and honest, all of the above may not solve the problem of racial inequality. We have a culture of racism that cripples us all and a system of government that cares for no one.

Yep speaking of wounds won't heal until it is addressed! I bet the foreignors agree that if the USA can't do right by the people n their own country, what makes one think that the USA will have compassion for them! Nation building n other countries my ass we better get it right here n this countries own backyard hello! Black People Please stop fighting these wars on other people of color!
