  • May I recommend the book 'A Concise Guide To Eighties Music' by Karl Vorderman. The author is a big fan of this track.

  • Bass from JJB here is showing his versatility. Normally he's blasting out this gutteral Fender Precision punch but in this he's proving a more subtle presence but still commanding his signature sound in a backround way. One of my all-time favourite bands there!

  • This song was performed/recorded by the 1st (and best line-up of the stranglers). Wrritten whilst living in Chiddingfold,Surrey(a squat)!??? prior to Daves arrival,whilst a 5 peice with a Hans Warmling on guitar. A swede,now deceased,R.I.P

  • i had not ever HEARD of The STRANGLERS but after a couple of listens, i was able 2 wrap myself around it.

    Photos are awesome, and i will be listening to The Stranglers version again.

  • god ive known them since being a kid. Im only 18. Im so glad my mum and dad knew good music. I dont listen to any of the modern shyte like kanye and beyonce west its a load of crap
