  • @NedacFilms too bad the description wasnt there when I commented in the video before...

  • BAD-ASS... damn...

  • sounds beast

  • what kind of heads and exhaust do you have

  • @The572camaro Factory heads, but they have been ported and polished. Exhaust is an adjustable Borla cat back with Hooker long tube headers.

  • @gkubiak1 yea my friend has a 2002 ws6 with a big cam kooks headers and slp2 loudmouth he wants something that sounds good but isnt that loud he cant seem to find another

  • @gkubiak1 how much did that run you for the whole ls7 set up if you don't mind me asking

  • @paul299smith Forgot to answer you. Got the LS7 clutch for about 400 and I think it was another 2 or 300 for the flywheel.

  • @gkubiak1 hell ya man either way ls7 or ls1 clutch that's a nice car you got there. Is the ls7 clutch a direct swap for the original or did you have to change things around?

  • @paul299smith It is a direct swap as long as you add the ls7 flywheel. The ls7 clutch won't mate to the ls1 or ls2 flywheels.

  • @paul299smith beautiful put tow red lines in left fender :)

  • @paul299smith I forgive you. Also, it had to be moved into the shop to put the new clutch in it duh! The new ls7 clutch I installed is money!

  • Easy on the clutch dammmm

  • @paul299smith read the description...

  • leave that clutch alone jeeze

  • possibly the nicest sounding and looking camaro ive ever seen, im 16 and i just put a new engine in my 1995 camaro, but it sounds nothing like that hahah hopefully by time im done with it it will

  • what kind of lowering springs does it have? or is it stock im not sure? lol my car is too low and rides like crap i want it to look like yours, i also have 20's on mine (There when i bought it) so i want to get 18's to be able to put beefy tires

  • I live in Dearborn, do you still have the car or did you sell it?

  • @whyteantoine Had a couple offers but I still have the car. Put it away for the winter at my folks place.

  • @gkubiak1

hey i didn't see your ad on craigslist, did you remove it?

  • @whyteantoine Nope, it's still on there. just look under cars for sale in metro detroit. type "1998 camaro z28". The car is in howell right now.

  • Do a walkaround idleling before you sell it! thanks

  • @albert12able Check out my other vids. Already have a walkaround video.

  • eh........ nice car

  • iduno if this has been answered but what kind of wheels are those

  • @lilruben510 Boyd Coddington TImeless II's. 17x9 up front, 17x11 in the rear.

  • Car is for sale. listed on metro detroit craigslist under "1998 Camaro Z28". Asking $10,000. Lots of upgrades. Will entertain reasonable offers. Just installed a brand new LS7 Clutch and flywheel. Will also trade for a nice motorcycle - BMW s1000rr, Ducati, MV, KTM RC8R, etc...

  • @gkubiak1 ship this to cali and ill take it off your hands :D

  • She's Beautiful

  • whats the price on it?

  • what the hell man, is that missin 1st gear? Or bad with a stick?

  • @zombieman82091

Car is tuned for 70-80 degrees. Won't idle with the air temp below 30 degrees. Had to rev the motor and slip the clutch which was junk anyway. Trans is out of the car now. Read all the comments and you would have your answer already.

  • @gkubiak1 sorry dude. I didnt mean to insult you if I did. I'm as edumakated under the hood as gumby might be. Mean camaro to say the least.

  • @zombieman82091 Its cammed as well as the title reads...

  • DAMN !!!!

  • nice car! but i can smell the clutch from here lol!

  • sick camaro

  • sweet z man it sounds awsome, what lsa is the cam?

  • @TransAm5667 I can't remember for the life of me. I have the cam card lying around somewhere. I know it was a 228/232 with a .585 lift. I'm guessing probably 112 but I'm not sure.

  • Fuckin nice lookin camaro man!!!! thumbs up if u think so too!

  • Dude what all did you have done to your car in this vid? Sounds freakin sick!

  • @Oehlke92 Too many mod's to list! If your in Michigan make me an offer!

  • What kind of rims are those? They're nice.

  • @AnonymousJuan Boyd Coddington Timeless II's

  • Hi i know you said its 2" drop front and rear but do you have any ground effects on the z? Thank you!

  • @LedZeppelin1220 Xenon kit all the way around.

  • I live on the south states, texas. i really dont abuse the car its my daily driver. It gets pretty hot out in this area. were on 100 degrees F. Before driving the car i warm it up for a long time 15-20 mins the most. thank you so much for your help im kind of a newnie to this. the only thing after pouring this oil is that it idles rougher.

  • @albert12able Dude! 15-20 minutes?! In texas your car would be up to operating temperature in just a few moments. I would never idle that car for more than 2 or 3 minutes at the most. Your idle is probably running rougher due to carbon deposits from idling to long. Take that baby out and run her hard through the gears. And I mean hard! Run that sucker at WOT for a good 20 seconds down the eway or back road.

  • i have a quick question. i recently had a head, cam, intake job on my car. the mechanic says to put 20w-50 on my car. is that to thick or not? the car has about 140,000 miles. thank you

  • @albert12able Sorry for the late reply. How cold of temperatures do you drive in? 20w-50 is a great oil because it's thicker and allows your engine to run at a hotter temperature without the oil film tearing. However if you run your engine hard when it's cold you could damage the motor because it will take longer to get that oil up to the valvetrain.

  • but that car is pretty sick.

  • well i have a 98 z-28 built. and i let mine sit for about a month. bc of the weather conditions. and mine started up no problem. and i took of just fine without it idleing so high. just sayin.....

  • Awsome car! what kind of heads and cam you got? thanks

  • @albert12able

Heads are factory but ported and polished by a buddy who was getting his masters in engineering. The cam is a comp cams custom grind. 228/232 with a .585 lift. Pretty much the sweetest naturally aspirated street cam you can put in these cars while still having a manageable driver.

  • god damn slip the clutch anymore? learn how to drive.

  • @colbolts09 The car is tuned for 80 degree weather and as you can see by the snow on the ground it is quite cold outside. I have to keep the rpm's up to keep the car from stalling. As to my driving ability I would challenge you to do better running with a screwed up air/fuel ratio and a stage 4 ceramic clutch.

  • @colbolts09 i dnt see a vid on ur page of u driving a stick shift car and not sliping the clutch and especially in an amazing car like this...so i would appreciate it if u would copy and paste your book of etiquette so we can all learn from a master like you since u know so much ;)

  • Please check my video, thats exactly how i put mine away 2';)

  • are those boze wheels?

  • @DCSD1417 The wheels are Timeless II's from Boyd Coddington.

  • @gkubiak1 awesome. love the setup. ive got torque thrust II's on mine. with 2 inch eibach drop

  • thanks for replying. im going to drop my torch red ss now haha i love the way your camaro looks

  • Very sharp looking z28 you got there. Has it been lowered? Im about to get a z28 just like that

  • @LedZeppelin1220

it has a 2" drop front and rear.

  • @gkubiak1 Do you have any issues with it scraping?

  • @LedZeppelin1220

You have to be careful pulling in and out of driveways. The 3" headers hit every now and then. I mostly have to be careful because of the body kit.

  • i put my 98 ss away earlier this year...i miss it
