@RoyalRoseWolf The other movie, Taking the Fifth Grade (And All Growed Down, which was released at the same time), was a direct-to-VHS/DVD movie that came out December 2003. They aren't availible in say, Walmart or something (since the show's not on anymore), but check MovieStop and FYE (you'll get a really good deal on the DVD!)
