Its ridiculous to claim that meat-eating humans are the reason for everything bad in the world, which in fact all vegans claim. Also the "missing water" is ridiculous, if i shower here for 5 hours wasting 3000 liters of water, or if i dont and save that money, does not make any difference to the africans that die of a lack of water because the water i dont use will never be sent there to help them. Its their problem if they cant care for the massive amounts of children they produce
@VincentVanGoth also, there is no proof that meat is the reason for these illnesses, i bet i can eat 200g of meat every week and still wont get any of these illnesses as well as a vegan can eat massive amounts of cookies and get diabetis. Also what do you get if you feed all the soybeans to humans instead of cows and pigs and everyone stops eating meat? you get like 20 billion people on this planet of which are 18 billion poor, stupid and uneducated people and i sure know that i dont want that.
Check it out, sweet-cheeks: If you stick to the health benefits, you win people over. Keep talking about shit at the bottom of the ocean floor and poor people who can't grow wheat, and nobody will care. The baby in the shaft shit has to go. I'm a vegan, and you're really preachy. Wanna know how to do it? Watch Vegan Black Metal Chef.
Oh wow I think you need to some real research because it doesn't seem like you know what you are talking about eating is bad for you and that's a fact!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anything that can happen will - as long as people can eat meat, they will. I've been vegetarian or vegan most of my adult life. My dietary restrictions are a personal choice, as are yours. I can eat meat, but I (usually) choose not to because I make a judgment that the way it harms the planet is bad. Yet, I try not to push my judgment on others because even well informed judgment is still just opinion, and people tire of pushy opinons very quickly. So... do what you want, sexy, opinionated lady.
@gf3030 Meat production produces 18% of the worlds pollution. It causes more pollution by itself than anything else. That according to the United Nations Food and Agricultural Organization. You are wrong in your statement.
@mikebee02 She's speaking maybe out of a desire to encourage compassion but is using the health aspect to get to the same result, fewer animals suffering for the sake of your appetite.
Wow. Judgmental much? And smug, at that. For all that she claims to care about people she's never met she sure does treat the people she speaks to with disdain.
@Glokki1 The baby is the people that aren't getting to eat because so many resources are used to produce meat for consumption in the developed countries.
you bring up a good point however...you would be more convincing with face paint, various sharp objects, black leather with spikes on it and.....the fires of satan...im just saying...Vegan black metal chef does it and I LISTEN TO HIM!
@moomoo1337 Again, if you liked my comments, I would probably be sending the wrong message. You want to hear that it is okay to hate, rape, enslave, torture and mutilate. It is not! You want to hear it is healthy to eat cheeseburgers. It is not! You will not hear that from me.
What you do here is the lazy game of politicians, lobbyists, jr. high girls. Why not put reason and sanity to the test?
I am not your problem. If you live a life of sickness and confusion, see it for what it is and change!
@moomoo1337 "Give this thumbs up if you think that Fathomlessjoy is a hateful little troll." Would it seriously make you feel better if you got 20 or 30 thumbs up for your comment? Is that really how you want to live your life? Look, if you want to follow along with a crowd, because you are too immature or unintelligent or weak to stand alone, that is fine. Just realize that is what you do!
@moomoo1337 Amazing that someone who cares about the suffering animals is called 'a hateful little troll'. So what does that make you since you don't care about the suffering animals. And you don't care enough to end your part in the brutality, seems to me that that is more 'trollish' than anything.
@Debbydiesel Do you work in Animal Health and Welfare? No, well I do and have done for 10 years. I spend all my working life protecting animals of every shape and size and helping them during epizootic events. I have more knowledge of animal suffering in my little finger than you do in your entire empty void of a brain. All your comments are quite childish and pathetic, and rational arguments do not seem to get into your brain, maybe its all gummed up with Tofu?
If they were right then we should see a great difference in life expectancy between coutries with a high meat consumption and those were they eat it less.. in favour of non meat eating countries, obviously.
But reality is exactly the opposite: those countries with the lowest amount of meat in their diet are the ones with the lowest life expectancy..
@UntakenNick Which non meat eating countries are you using as your example? Doesn't exist so it would seem that your statement that the lowest amount of meat in the diet = lowest life expectancy is a crock. Vegans have lower rates of heart disease, obesity and diabetes than meat eaters. Fact.
@Debbydiesel I think my comment was clear.. there will always be countries with lower amount of meat consumption than others. There's no need to find one with zero meat consumption.
And still, I wasn't implying that more meat = longer life. I was saying that if (no meat = better health) and (meat = health risks) then the least meat eating countries (india, china, almost all africa) should have a significant tendency to have a higher life expectancy than the ones where people eat meat the most.
@UntakenNick Your statement unclear. You said "Non Meat Eating Countries' . No such thing. Only if you eliminate all other factors will those countries have greater life expectancy. Your whole statement makes no sense at all.
@Debbydiesel And my source is google. Just search for meat consumption per capita and you'll see that the list is almost the same as if they were sorted by overall health status.
If you search for numbers of vegetarians per country you'd be counting only those who don't eat meat for a "cause", but there are a lot of countries where meat is not popular because of geographical, cultural or economical reasons and the effect on health of not eating meat is the same no matter why you don't do it.
@UntakenNick You look at a table that says meat eating has increased world wide and you make the leap to overall health status???? And the vegetarian statement, do you make it up as you go?
Listen, you can be very healthy not eating meat. Google search Mimi Kirk and you will see a good representative of a vegan diet.
Vegan's way of presenting facts is similar to the methods used by fundamentalists sects..
They say: "I'm an 80 yr old vengan and I'm perfectly healthy. Jimmy eat a steak and the following day he got hit by a truck.. ergo veganism is the only way to go to live longer."
@UntakenNick Do you see this type of argument made anywhere? If so, where? It is these types of stereotypes and confused, biased arguments you present as rational though that only keep folks living in sickness. Seems rather uneducated and immature.
I don't mind vegans opinions. I mind it when they treat me like a sub-human turd who somehow deserves to be killed because I'm a vegetarian. That's right, I don't even eat meat, and on several occasions, I have had vegans tell me I'm a worthless sack of shit that shouldn't be alive. But, I also have many great vegan friends. There's just a lot of assholes out there, huh? Maybe if certain vegans stopped being cunts to meat eaters, meat eaters would treat them with some respect and understanding.
@ZombicidalMan Maybe those bad reactions you've received have been more the result of your generally bad attitude which is what I see as I read through your reply here. Why should anyone like you if you normally call people awful names. Maybe those vegans who like you are really awful people too but they just happen to like your rudeness.
I don't like meat that much, have to eat it because of my diet. I prefer other products. But, Meat is healthier in every way to Vegan substitutes. You actually don't need to eat Veggies and Fruit at all, as long as you eat well enough. Corronary diseases are mostly caused by vegetable oil. And before raging at this as you can't survive on meat only, think, how do the Inuid, Escimo, Sami survive and have survived so far, what about the people on small island where they can't grow anything there?
@Phireo The Inuit in fact ate lots of vegetation, albeit in a sick way, by eating out the stomachs and intestines of large herbivorous animals. Of course they were riddled with osteoporosis, bone cancer, depression, chronic fatigue, and very suicidal. They lived on average a full 10 years shorter than all other North Americans.
so, I'm an omnivore, which means I'm evil, because every single animal on this planet is tortured each time I want to eat meat, and vegans are not preachers that enjoy trying to make me feel ashamed because I'm living in sin, and because of my eating habits, I will die an early death if I do not accept Tofu as my lord and savior....
Seriously, I'm not sick of Vegans opinions or facts in general (I have vegan and vegetarian friends) - I'm just sick of this people telling me it's the only way you should live. It's true, the human is not a carnivore, the human is an omnivore. And that's what I am. I eat vegetables and meat and no vegan or vegetarian can say something against this. Cause it's a - how do you call it? - Oh, yes: fact.
@EndzeitkindLP so, because humans are omnivores, its ok to act so. so, because people kill people they dont like, its ok that i kill you. gj. u didnt get the idea of civilization nor the idea of society, but everything else is ok.
@ratteasd You see, this is why nobody likes vegans. It's not of the vegans itself, I'm cool with it, it's because you want to shove those soja and tofu stuff down my throat and be utterly disappointed that I don't like it. There are some vegans who just live this and don't want me to do what they do. Fact is: If we are not supposed to eat meat wo couldn't digest it. All other stuff is just free will. And I will not stop eating meat, because I don't want to. Thanks.
@FathomlessJoy I don't want to offend you. What I want to say is: The human is capable to eat and digest both: meat and vegetables. The teeth are the teeth of omnivores.
Of course everybody can eat what he or she wants and thats my only point: Everybody can and should eat what he/she likes - but the are some vegans who say a vegan diet is the only way you should live. That's the only thing I'm upset about when I see videos like this or hear people talking like in the videos.
@EndzeitkindLP u dont get it: being able to do sth does not make it acceptable. just use ur brain for a single moment. if i wouldnt be supposed to kill people, i wouldnt be able to. thats basically ur argument. and u dont get that thats not the basis u can argument on, because ur living in a society with other beings.
@EndzeitkindLP "We can choose because we are able to digest it. I chose to eat meat." The truth of it is not everything that is digestible is healthy. Again, I can digest heroin, but that does not make it healthy. You justifications are weak.
Also, if you did this by choice, then why the billions in private and government funds spent to sucker you into keeping on doing it for a lifetime? Why do they hang up the meat and diary signs in our children's classrooms? Free will? Hardly!
@EndzeitkindLP ok ur srsly brainfucked. thats not my "fact", its the whole idea behind any society. so pls, get into the woods and live in ur own world if thats ur opinion.
@EndzeitkindLP "The human is capable to eat and digest both: meat and vegetables" Yeah and I can have fun shouting heroin, right?
.
"The teeth are the teeth of omnivores." How so? All herbivores, in fact all mammals, have canine teeth. In fact human teeth are much shorter and less pointed than many herbivores.
@EndzeitkindLP "Everybody can and should eat what he/she likes" That is a lazy approach to life. If everyone acted like this we would have chaos in the world, which not coincidentally we do! I look at life for myself, not quote cliches and call them understanding.
@gf3030 "Were is your proof that humans are herbivores?" Well for me, i start with the fact that I thrive on a 100% plant based diet. Thus I know that humans do not have to consume the rotting diseased flesh of animals.
I think that there is a fundamental flaw in your inquiry tho, which is that it seeks authority to dictate or govern how to live rightly.
Dear vegans: If you started treating your fellow people with as much respect as you seem to treat animals, maybe the average person wouldn't hate on you so much. It's fine that you don't like eating meat - but stop shoving your opinion down my throat all the time. I never asked for it and I sure as hell never went looking for it, either. If you wish to discuss the food industry, fine, but quit the rhetoric and stop equating all meat eaters to Hitler. We're sick of it.
if everyone was a vegan, cows, pigs, chickens and most likely sheep would become extinct, thats a FACT
because in most countries all predators are extinct, we'd still have to kill many animals because otherwise they'd overpopulate to the point where there is not enough food for them and then they'd starve to death, thats also a FACT
humans are omnivores, thats a FACT
it's not the fact that we eat animal flesh thats wrong, it's the way we treat them that has to be changed
<Implying ANYONE who eats meat is committing an act equivalent to drowning a baby and an evil mastermind.
And we're closed minded? Hate the meat industry (fuck that, hate the FOOD industry) all you fucking want, I totally understand that. But to then throw the blame on the people that
eat the meat? As if WE'RE the ones who are wasting water and starving kids?
So is it ALL Christians fault for the brainwashing of Christianity? No, it's JUST The church.
@AlbertaBeefy Stop using all the fucking big language trying to act all smart & shit. Course I can have an opinion. And I just gave it. Your a bit hypocritical though, aren't you? "This is your opinion, and you're entitled to it", and then later said "your opinion isn't correct".. so therefore you are clearly stating that i can have my opinion, yet it isn't correct. You were never asked to reply to my comment, and if it bothered you so much, why get involved? It's my opinion, not yours
@Mrlewie50 For me it is not about longevity but more so about quality of life now. My life, my body, my mind are so much healthier now that I do not rape and torture animals and eat their diseased rotten corpses.
@FathomlessJoy uh....... i dont know about you bud but i dont "rape" animals and im christian, and it sais in the bible that i can eat meat so if its ok with J.C. its alright with me. idk if u are christian or not but im not gonna get in a religious debatte with you im just sharing what i beleive
@Mrlewie50 How do you think those animal corpses end up mutilated and piled atop your plate? Watch Earthlings to see how animals are treated for you to eat: watch?v=FHA4HNbmDLg
It is up to each of us to see the truth of this ourselves, Jesus, Allah, Buddha, nor the man on the moon can see it for us.
@FathomlessJoy i know how they are treated, im not sayin its right. but what i am sayin is that its more or less necesary to feed the 7 billion people in the world of course the corporations are over doing it becuse they are addicted to money but just becuse there are evil people in the world doesnt mean im gonna stop eatin meat, we all have the right to choose what we eat and personally i think were over reacting with the whole situation. so lets just agree to disagree?
@Mrlewie50 "i know how they are treated, im not sayin its right." That is the best place to start. It is fundamentally wrong. And neither you, nor Buddha or the magic fairy of the fields can make it not wrong. The only way is to end it. I did, so I know you can too.
@Mrlewie50 "i am sayin is that its more or less necesary to feed the 7 billion people" First, 7 billion are not being fed, billions are starving. Second, there are more than 20 billion livestock animals bred and fed for slaughter each year. Those billions of animals eat FAR more food than all humans on Earth, yet their rotting carcasses only feed a minority of greedy westerners. Lastly, that food that is fed to livestock is more than enough to feed the world, many times over.
@Mrlewie50 "evil people in the world doesnt mean im gonna stop eatin meat" Thus you choose to be a part of the evil, the mass suicide. Now you think that your religious beliefs are a bailout, absolving you from the atrocities you commit against man and animal, but they are not.
@Mrlewie50 "If it is alright with Jesus it is alright with me" Watch Earthlings, then tell me Jesus would approve. This, the accepting of pagan rituals and texts, is just a way to keep you mired in sickness, enslaved. See for yourself, as an adult, today, not tomorrow.
@Mrlewie50 "idk if u are christian or not" What would it matter? I do not need someone else to see how animals are treated to be slaughtered and eaten. I do not need a book to learn about my body and health. I do not need an authority, imagine or real, visible or not, to revere my life and health, respect and love animals, and care after the Earth. Do you?
it is simple mathematics = meat production is bad for the environment and costs more to everyone. simple as that. don't make it about you, that's why many people do not like vegans, cause they attach their ego to their beliefs, saying they feel better/lead a better life. nobody likes hearing that. so stop being a prick and promote what you believe in by not being a self-centered prick.
@ReanimaterR "stop being a prick and promote what you believe in by not being a self-centered prick." You are certainly entitled to your opinions. We all try to reach others in our own way. Keep up the great work for human health and animals. You can, however, drop the hateful attacks any time tho, as I am not forcing that upon you.
I grew up on a chicken factory farm and trust me both my parents had two other jobs so don't blame growers like people like peta tend to do blame the big wig at the top
@Mrlewie50 "I grew up on a chicken factory farm" My question is: did you learn? While around all that sickness, up close and personal, did you learn anything from it?
To you people that go on and on about how much feed it takes for factory-farming, and how bad factory-farming is...
Instead of pushing veganism (which is healthier than SAD, but not proven healthier than a healthy diet that includes veggies, fruits, nuts, legumes, meat, fish, etc.) why not push for an end to factory-farming?
Also of note, many of us that eat meat don't condone factory-farming and don't purchase anything EXCEPT free-range/grass-fed.
@LCHFinCanada Are you still claiming you are a cardiologist, "doctor?" Show us some proof of your credentials, which are highly suspect for knowing so little about heart health, recommending a diet high in meat, saturated fat, LDL, etc.
@LCHFinCanada "Also of note, many of us that eat meat don't condone factory-farming and don't purchase anything EXCEPT free-range/grass-fed." That is a childish mind trick to make yourself feel better. Strange an adult would need such an invisible friend.
Shes 100% correct in what She said, meat consumtion is mankinds greatest affliction. Im not vegan myself,Just gone veggie. Still there is some ignorance left in me to allow a milky coffe in the morning.
The fact is, it's the mind set of the impovershed that holds them down. Not my juicy ribeye. The more food you give an African, the more kids she will have and thus multiplying the suffering. Truth stings, I know.
@bjmalley "The fact is, it's the mind set of the impovershed that holds them down. Not my juicy ribeye" Yeah they make you decimate the world's food supply and the Earth's natural resources for the pleasure of poisoning your own body. Right?
@bjmalley "Truth stings, I know." Actually with truth comes freedom. But to see truth we must unchain ourselves from our own shackles, the handcuffs of hate that keep us fighting each other, which keep us callused to the suffering of our brothers, which is only indication of our own suffering and sickness, albeit with a brighter face.
Those African nations have been enslaved and exploited by the West for hundreds of years, and it continues today. Those are facts.
If everyone became Vegan overnight and everyone loved all the fuzzy animals, who would be there to cull the millions and millions of now useless chickens, pigs, cows, sheep, goats, etc, etc? They WOULD have to be culled to make room on farms for all the vegetables we are going to need. You know 7 Billion people eating veg is going to be need a lot of land for growing.
@moomoo1337 "You know 7 Billion people eating veg is going to be need a lot of land for growing." Yeah, but you realize tens of billions of livestock animals eat far more food than humans right now, right? Stop force feeding animals to unnaturally fatten them, release them onto the planes to graze and live freely, and free up enough food for the whole world. The complexity in your arguments is not compelling. Living decently and naturally is simple; justifying sickness and cruelty is complex.
@moomoo1337 "Vegans need to learn some logic, and humility." Why not teach us some logic, please? Any time now....
The odd part of your statement was the notion of "humility." After all you do enslave, rape, torture, mutilate, and slaughter animals daily for pleasure, right? What about that is humble?
@FathomlessJoy Your comment proves my own. Humility, something you do not seem to have. You are vegan, so what. You don't have to use the same old rhetoric about animal cruelty, I only eat organic traceable meat, from a local butcher who knows the farms he uses. Do you know where all your fruit and veg comes from? Do you know how much forest was cleared for your food, how much water is used, what chemicals are used, how the farm workers are treated. See, learn some logic and humility.
@moomoo1337 "Humility, something you do not seem to have" Perhaps you are right. And yet I think enough of the planet and all her species not to rape and torture animals for petty personal pleasure.
@moomoo1337 "You don't have to use the same old rhetoric about animal cruelty, I only eat organic traceable meat, from a local butcher who knows the farms he uses" And thereby you make yourself feel better? But you do know there is something wrong with it, right? Otherwise why do go to such self-delusional means to try to correct something that is healthy and nature and decent? See my point?
@moomoo1337 "Do you know where all your fruit and veg comes from?" One thing is for sure, they do not come from raped and tortured animals. Why? Because I do not eat the rotting flesh of animals that I pay others to rape and torture for me. Nor do I drink or eat the scabs and pus from mammary glands of tortured animals nor do I eat their rotting menstruations. When we eliminate all that common sickness and cruelty, we have significantly simplified the problem, right?
@moomoo1337 "Do you know how much forest was cleared for your food, how much water is used" Strange you should bring the arguments up. Have you ever researched how much billions of livestock animals eat? It is far more than humans! Also, do you know how much fresh water is used for livestock farming? It is over half of the fresh water in the US alone, as livestock drink far more (and eat more, thus that food also has to be watered to be grown) than humans ever could. Those are simple facts.
@moomoo1337 " See, learn some logic and humility." Again, please show me some logic, some sane, rational way of seeing this complex problem. Tens of billions of livestock animals eat and drink far more than 7 billion humans, billions of which live in poverty and starvation. That is a simple and logical fact. Do you want to examine this to expose the truth, learn some facts or would you rather just hate me and pretend that is understanding? Where is the humility in that?
@FathomlessJoy So if the starving people of the world, most of whom live in places where crops do not grow are denied the use of livestock to produce milk, cheese, meat, whatever; then where do they get their calorie intake from? It's all very nice being Vegan in a society where we can go to the supermarket and buy all the nice foods we decide to eat. You try being Vegan in a society where to live to the next day is an achievement.
@moomoo1337 " It's all very nice being Vegan in a society where we can go to the supermarket and buy all the nice foods we decide to eat" But you do the same with rotting flesh, right?
@moomoo1337 "You try being Vegan in a society where to live to the next day is an achievement." There's plenty of food for those people. That is a fact. Food is being fed to tens of billions of livestock animals, who eat far more food than 7 billion people. These livestock animals clearly are not feeding your starving people, they are feeding a relatively minor regime of sick greedy westerners. It is disingenuous for someone who lives this decadent way to advocate for the world's starving peeps.
@FathomlessJoy You are not really getting the point are you? The sick greedy Westerners are the same ones who abuse the natural resources of all the developing nations to feed their desire for all the exotic fruits, vegetables and seeds that fill most Vegans mouths. Omnivores are not the problem, Vegans are not the problem, simple greed is the problem.
@moomoo1337 "You are not really getting the point are you?" The point of what? The point of this video? The point is that the world is lousy with opinions, the world is sick with them. What we need are facts. The fact is that today I am smart and free enough not to need your lies. You are wasting your time!
@moomoo1337 "simple greed is the problem." And its accompanying exploitation. Animals are brutally exploited, just as humans are, for man's greed. So long as you desire to put those animals in your mouth, you will torture and exploit them. The great news is that we do not have to participate. Food, real food, is waiting for us in abundance, whole, wholesome, healthy food! Vegan for life!
@FathomlessJoy I cannot even begin to put into words just how annoying you are. It's people like you are singlehandedly the reason why I would never even consider changing my lifestyle. If the average vegetarian wasn't such an annoying cunt, maybe I'd consider changing my mind.. consider that food for thought (:
@donnishark "I cannot even begin to put into words just how annoying you are" I think if you enjoyed what I was saying, my message would be off ;) Look, you are caught in a cylce of fear and pleasure. Anything that threatens the pleasure invokes fear. I get it. I do understand.
@FathomlessJoy "Look, you are caught in a cylce of fear and pleasure" What? No. Reasons I'm not vegetarian. 1: It's being shoved down my throat from every single fucking direction with horrible rhetoric. 2: Moving to a vegan diet is EXTREMELY expensive compared to the balanced diet I currently have. 3: People like you who personally attack me for having a different opinion than you. It's that simple. If you didn't act so high and mighty, maybe I'd actually listen to what you're saying.
@donnishark "people like you are singlehandedly the reason why I would never even consider changing my lifestyle" I am a grown man, I do not blame others for may actions; it is sad you do. But is it not really your deathstyle rather that is threatened here?
@FathomlessJoy " I do not blame others for may actions" - HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAH! Shut the fuck up you retarded piece of shit. Every single post you've made on this fucking video has basically been nothing but calling ALL meat eaters horrible people because of the actions of the few (the people in the meat industry). You're a hypocritical, condescending bastard. I want nothing more to do with you.
@donnishark "the people in the meat industry" Who are those people? Is it not all of society that runs the meat industry? It is not just some abstract thing out there, away from us. It is all around us, and you'll quite likely stuff it down your own throat with a smile today ;)
@donnishark "hypocritical, condescending bastard." I thought I was an arrogant, self righteous cock sucking cunt. Which is it? Can keep your childish curses str8?? LMAO
.
Aw, flesh eaters, it is so hard to have compassion for you at times, because it is so easy to laugh at you.
@donnishark "If the average vegetarian wasn't such an annoying cunt, maybe I'd consider changing my mind" You are giving others far too great of power over your life. Take responsibility for your own mind, your own life, like a man for God's sake!
@FathomlessJoy "You are giving others far too great of power over your life" YOUR ENTIRE LIFESTYLE IS BASED ON THE FACT THAT THE ACTIONS OF THE FEW HAS LED TO A TWISTED FOOD INDUSTRY. Do you not REALIZE just how hypocritical you're being?! You spout all this fancy rhetoric but you clearly do not follow any of it, nor do you actually care. Use your brain for once. Also; "like a man" I'm much more of a man than you are; I'm comfortable being the way I am; you compensate by insulting and shouting,
@donnishark "YOUR ENTIRE LIFESTYLE IS BASED ON THE FACT THAT THE ACTIONS OF THE FEW HAS LED TO A TWISTED FOOD INDUSTRY" Actions of a few? Most humans eat like maggots.
@donnishark "Do you not REALIZE just how hypocritical you're being?" Now is about the time you tell me about the few lowly field mice that are run over by tractors and about the feelings of plants, which are living beings too ;) Typical LOL
.
"I'm comfortable being the way I am" Is the the reason for your temper tantrums...comfort?
@FathomlessJoy Does your brain even work? Do you ever think? Your rhetoric and your arrogance is not helping your cause. This is the last post I'll let you read.
@donnishark "Does your brain even work?" Perhaps, perhaps not. I have been so far today, however, smart enough not to ingest rotting corpses and call it health food. Also today I am grateful to have enough compassion not to rape and torture animals for pleasure. So I like my intelligence so far....
@donnishark "Your rhetoric and your arrogance is not helping your cause" What is my cause? Do I have a cause?
.
Also, again, you would enjoy my message if I told you how good cheeseburgers were for you and showed you pictures of happy cows, merrily marching to slaughter, right?
@FathomlessJoy "After all you do enslave, rape, torture, mutilate, and slaughter animals daily" Just because you saw a video of them doing that in China does not mean the rest of the world does that. You should do some research on slaughter houses and feed lots here in the US before making retarded comments.
Well hate to say it but people like this loon will be dictating our diet before long. "Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth." 1 Timothy:4:1-5 (King James)
@bjmalley "Well hate to say it but people like this loon will be dictating our diet before long." Said he who quotes his "reality" from an ancient book of pagan rituals and dogma. Perhaps the invisible bearded man in the sky will set you on a path of righteousness, with respect and compassion for all Earth's creatures, and respect for your body and health. A loon indeed! LOLz
It's true that what you eat has an effect on your health, but excersise and the amount of rest you get matters too. So while began vegan WILL make you a lot healthier, so will excersising and getting rest when you need it!
@gf3030 "Acually, being vegan and being active is not a good combination. Eating only vegan food does not give you much energy." You have that backwards, as usual. My workout and sports performance is thru the roof in 2 years as vegetarian and now approaching 2 years as vegan. Even flesh eating zombies load up on carbs after workouts to accelerate recovery.
@gf3030 Oh yeah, let me tell you all about it. Fruits, vegetables, nuts, etc give you very little energy at all. (end sarcasm) lol That is the most ignorant comment I've seen in a while.
@AidensOmen If fruits veggies and nuts are so good, then why do I get more energy from a big steak or roast? Just saying, you want to call something ignorant, just look at what you said.
@gf3030 "then why do I get more energy from a big steak or roast?" Because your body and brain are in a state known as ketosis, and that saturated fat is feeding an addiction. Break that addiction and you will know what true energy, not mere stimulation, is.
@FathomlessJoy "Break that addiction and you will know what true energy, not mere stimulation, is." Yea, we have been though this before. Think I told you before how I work 10-12 hours a day, 6 days a week on the hardest job. Never tired when I get home if I eat any type of meat, if I dont eat meat for a day I have a lack of energy. That should be enough proof right there. Now according to you, if I went vegan, I might not need to sleep? I would have so much energy I could work 24 hours a day?
@gf3030 "Yea, we have been though this before" Is that when you laid out lots of excuses? Just as I predicted, those excuses never end, do they? That is the nature of excuses, right? One after another until we have lived our entire lives making excuses and living in the shadows.
@gf3030 "Never tired when I get home if I eat any type of meat" I am surprised you abuse your body this ignorantly. I wonder what type of upheaval will have to be shown to you to change....
@gf3030 "That should be enough proof right there" You are addicted to saturated fat, which is a stimulate for you. You body runs in a disease mode known as ketosis. This keeps you on the verge of starvation. I have done many fasts as vegan I am have more energy during them than ever. Why? Because I live off of good nutrition and mental wellness, not stimulation and addiction and pleasure. Peace.
Betty White is an actress who is 90 years of age. She is very active in two shows on television. She has been vegan, not vegetarian, since she was 11 years old. Who else in Hollywood is that age and that active?

Its ridiculous to claim that meat-eating humans are the reason for everything bad in the world, which in fact all vegans claim. Also the "missing water" is ridiculous, if i shower here for 5 hours wasting 3000 liters of water, or if i dont and save that money, does not make any difference to the africans that die of a lack of water because the water i dont use will never be sent there to help them. Its their problem if they cant care for the massive amounts of children they produce
VincentVanGoth 2 hours ago
@VincentVanGoth also, there is no proof that meat is the reason for these illnesses, i bet i can eat 200g of meat every week and still wont get any of these illnesses as well as a vegan can eat massive amounts of cookies and get diabetis. Also what do you get if you feed all the soybeans to humans instead of cows and pigs and everyone stops eating meat? you get like 20 billion people on this planet of which are 18 billion poor, stupid and uneducated people and i sure know that i dont want that.

So... do what you want, sexy, opinionated lady.
mikebee02 12 hours ago

If they were right then we should see a great difference in life expectancy between coutries with a high meat consumption and those were they eat it less.. in favour of non meat eating countries, obviously.
But reality is exactly the opposite: those countries with the lowest amount of meat in their diet are the ones with the lowest life expectancy..
UntakenNick 16 hours ago
@UntakenNick Which non meat eating countries are you using as your example? Doesn't exist so it would seem that your statement that the lowest amount of meat in the diet = lowest life expectancy is a crock. Vegans have lower rates of heart disease, obesity and diabetes than meat eaters. Fact.
Debbydiesel 14 hours ago
@Debbydiesel I think my comment was clear.. there will always be countries with lower amount of meat consumption than others. There's no need to find one with zero meat consumption.
And still, I wasn't implying that more meat = longer life. I was saying that if (no meat = better health) and (meat = health risks) then the least meat eating countries (india, china, almost all africa) should have a significant tendency to have a higher life expectancy than the ones where people eat meat the most.
UntakenNick 11 hours ago
@UntakenNick Your statement unclear. You said "Non Meat Eating Countries' . No such thing. Only if you eliminate all other factors will those countries have greater life expectancy. Your whole statement makes no sense at all.
Debbydiesel 3 hours ago
@Debbydiesel And my source is google. Just search for meat consumption per capita and you'll see that the list is almost the same as if they were sorted by overall health status.
If you search for numbers of vegetarians per country you'd be counting only those who don't eat meat for a "cause", but there are a lot of countries where meat is not popular because of geographical, cultural or economical reasons and the effect on health of not eating meat is the same no matter why you don't do it.
UntakenNick 11 hours ago
@UntakenNick You look at a table that says meat eating has increased world wide and you make the leap to overall health status???? And the vegetarian statement, do you make it up as you go?
Listen, you can be very healthy not eating meat. Google search Mimi Kirk and you will see a good representative of a vegan diet.
Debbydiesel 2 hours ago
Vegan's way of presenting facts is similar to the methods used by fundamentalists sects..
They say: "I'm an 80 yr old vengan and I'm perfectly healthy. Jimmy eat a steak and the following day he got hit by a truck.. ergo veganism is the only way to go to live longer."
UntakenNick 16 hours ago
@UntakenNick Do you see this type of argument made anywhere? If so, where? It is these types of stereotypes and confused, biased arguments you present as rational though that only keep folks living in sickness. Seems rather uneducated and immature.

Seriously, I'm not sick of Vegans opinions or facts in general (I have vegan and vegetarian friends) - I'm just sick of this people telling me it's the only way you should live. It's true, the human is not a carnivore, the human is an omnivore. And that's what I am. I eat vegetables and meat and no vegan or vegetarian can say something against this. Cause it's a - how do you call it? - Oh, yes: fact.
EndzeitkindLP 21 hours ago
@EndzeitkindLP so, because humans are omnivores, its ok to act so. so, because people kill people they dont like, its ok that i kill you. gj. u didnt get the idea of civilization nor the idea of society, but everything else is ok.
ratteasd 21 hours ago
@ratteasd You see, this is why nobody likes vegans. It's not of the vegans itself, I'm cool with it, it's because you want to shove those soja and tofu stuff down my throat and be utterly disappointed that I don't like it. There are some vegans who just live this and don't want me to do what they do. Fact is: If we are not supposed to eat meat wo couldn't digest it. All other stuff is just free will. And I will not stop eating meat, because I don't want to. Thanks.
EndzeitkindLP 21 hours ago

FathomlessJoy 21 hours ago
@FathomlessJoy I don't want to offend you. What I want to say is: The human is capable to eat and digest both: meat and vegetables. The teeth are the teeth of omnivores.
Of course everybody can eat what he or she wants and thats my only point: Everybody can and should eat what he/she likes - but the are some vegans who say a vegan diet is the only way you should live. That's the only thing I'm upset about when I see videos like this or hear people talking like in the videos.

EndzeitkindLP 21 hours ago
@EndzeitkindLP "We can choose because we are able to digest it. I chose to eat meat." The truth of it is not everything that is digestible is healthy. Again, I can digest heroin, but that does not make it healthy. You justifications are weak.
Also, if you did this by choice, then why the billions in private and government funds spent to sucker you into keeping on doing it for a lifetime? Why do they hang up the meat and diary signs in our children's classrooms? Free will? Hardly!
FathomlessJoy 21 hours ago

"The teeth are the teeth of omnivores." How so? All herbivores, in fact all mammals, have canine teeth. In fact human teeth are much shorter and less pointed than many herbivores.
FathomlessJoy 21 hours ago
@EndzeitkindLP "Everybody can and should eat what he/she likes" That is a lazy approach to life. If everyone acted like this we would have chaos in the world, which not coincidentally we do! I look at life for myself, not quote cliches and call them understanding.

Mrlewie50 22 hours ago
@Mrlewie50 "i know how they are treated, im not sayin its right." That is the best place to start. It is fundamentally wrong. And neither you, nor Buddha or the magic fairy of the fields can make it not wrong. The only way is to end it. I did, so I know you can too.
FathomlessJoy 22 hours ago
@Mrlewie50 "i am sayin is that its more or less necesary to feed the 7 billion people" First, 7 billion are not being fed, billions are starving. Second, there are more than 20 billion livestock animals bred and fed for slaughter each year. Those billions of animals eat FAR more food than all humans on Earth, yet their rotting carcasses only feed a minority of greedy westerners. Lastly, that food that is fed to livestock is more than enough to feed the world, many times over.
FathomlessJoy 22 hours ago
@Mrlewie50 "evil people in the world doesnt mean im gonna stop eatin meat" Thus you choose to be a part of the evil, the mass suicide. Now you think that your religious beliefs are a bailout, absolving you from the atrocities you commit against man and animal, but they are not.

FathomlessJoy 22 hours ago
@Mrlewie50 "idk if u are christian or not" What would it matter? I do not need someone else to see how animals are treated to be slaughtered and eaten.
Makes more sense to promote that.

Yeah, but you realize tens of billions of livestock animals eat far more food than humans right now, right? Stop force feeding animals to unnaturally fatten them, release them onto the planes to graze and live freely, and free up enough food for the whole world. The complexity in your arguments is not compelling. Living decently and naturally is simple; justifying sickness and cruelty is complex.

See, learn some logic and humility.
moomoo1337 2 days ago
@moomoo1337 "Humility, something you do not seem to have" Perhaps you are right. And yet I think enough of the planet and all her species not to rape and torture animals for petty personal pleasure.

@moomoo1337 "You don't have to use the same old rhetoric about animal cruelty, I only eat organic traceable meat, from a local butcher who knows the farms he uses" And thereby you make yourself feel better? But you do know there is something wrong with it, right? Otherwise why do go to such self-delusional means to try to correct something that is healthy and nature and decent? See my point?
FathomlessJoy 2 days ago
@moomoo1337 "Do you know where all your fruit and veg comes from?" One thing is for sure, they do not come from raped and tortured animals. Why? Because I do not eat the rotting flesh of animals that I pay others to rape and torture for me. Nor do I drink or eat the scabs and pus from mammary glands of tortured animals nor do I eat their rotting menstruations. When we eliminate all that common sickness and cruelty, we have significantly simplified the problem, right?
FathomlessJoy 2 days ago
@moomoo1337 "Do you know how much forest was cleared for your food, how much water is used" Strange you should bring the arguments up. Have you ever researched how much billions of livestock animals eat? It is far more than humans! Also, do you know how much fresh water is used for livestock farming? It is over half of the fresh water in the US alone, as livestock drink far more (and eat more, thus that food also has to be watered to be grown) than humans ever could. Those are simple facts.
FathomlessJoy 2 days ago
@moomoo1337 " See, learn some logic and humility." Again, please show me some logic, some sane, rational way of seeing this complex problem. Tens of billions of livestock animals eat and drink far more than 7 billion humans, billions of which live in poverty and starvation. That is a simple and logical fact. Do you want to examine this to expose the truth, learn some facts or would you rather just hate me and pretend that is understanding? Where is the humility in that?
FathomlessJoy 2 days ago
@FathomlessJoy So if the starving people of the world, most of whom live in places where crops do not grow are denied the use of livestock to produce milk, cheese, meat, whatever; then where do they get their calorie intake from? It's all very nice being Vegan in a society where we can go to the supermarket and buy all the nice foods we decide to eat. You try being Vegan in a society where to live to the next day is an achievement.
moomoo1337 1 day ago
@moomoo1337 Can you name those places, or were they something you heard about or dreamed up?
FathomlessJoy 1 day ago
@moomoo1337 " It's all very nice being Vegan in a society where we can go to the supermarket and buy all the nice foods we decide to eat" But you do the same with rotting flesh, right?
FathomlessJoy 1 day ago
@moomoo1337 "You try being Vegan in a society where to live to the next day is an achievement." There's plenty of food for those people. That is a fact. Food is being fed to tens of billions of livestock animals, who eat far more food than 7 billion people. These livestock animals clearly are not feeding your starving people, they are feeding a relatively minor regime of sick greedy westerners. It is disingenuous for someone who lives this decadent way to advocate for the world's starving peeps.
FathomlessJoy 1 day ago
@FathomlessJoy You are not really getting the point are you? The sick greedy Westerners are the same ones who abuse the natural resources of all the developing nations to feed their desire for all the exotic fruits, vegetables and seeds that fill most Vegans mouths. Omnivores are not the problem, Vegans are not the problem, simple greed is the problem.
moomoo1337 1 day ago
@moomoo1337 "You are not really getting the point are you?" The point of what? The point of this video? The point is that the world is lousy with opinions, the world is sick with them. What we need are facts. The fact is that today I am smart and free enough not to need your lies. You are wasting your time!
FathomlessJoy 1 day ago
@moomoo1337 It seems you would rather argue than learn. That is sad. Typical, but sad.
FathomlessJoy 1 day ago
@moomoo1337 "simple greed is the problem." And its accompanying exploitation. Animals are brutally exploited, just as humans are, for man's greed. So long as you desire to put those animals in your mouth, you will torture and exploit them. The great news is that we do not have to participate. Food, real food, is waiting for us in abundance, whole, wholesome, healthy food! Vegan for life!

@FathomlessJoy I cannot even begin to put into words just how annoying you are. It's people like you are singlehandedly the reason why I would never even consider changing my lifestyle. If the average vegetarian wasn't such an annoying cunt, maybe I'd consider changing my mind.. consider that food for thought (:
donnishark 22 hours ago
@donnishark "I cannot even begin to put into words just how annoying you are" I think if you enjoyed what I was saying, my message would be off ;) Look, you are caught in a cylce of fear and pleasure. Anything that threatens the pleasure invokes fear. I get it. I do understand.
FathomlessJoy 21 hours ago
@FathomlessJoy "Look, you are caught in a cylce of fear and pleasure" What? No. Reasons I'm not vegetarian. 1: It's being shoved down my throat from every single fucking direction with horrible rhetoric. 2: Moving to a vegan diet is EXTREMELY expensive compared to the balanced diet I currently have. 3: People like you who personally attack me for having a different opinion than you. It's that simple. If you didn't act so high and mighty, maybe I'd actually listen to what you're saying.
donnishark 21 hours ago
@donnishark "people like you are singlehandedly the reason why I would never even consider changing my lifestyle" I am a grown man, I do not blame others for may actions; it is sad you do. But is it not really your deathstyle rather that is threatened here?
FathomlessJoy 21 hours ago
@FathomlessJoy " I do not blame others for may actions" - HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAH! Shut the fuck up you retarded piece of shit. Every single post you've made on this fucking video has basically been nothing but calling ALL meat eaters horrible people because of the actions of the few (the people in the meat industry). You're a hypocritical, condescending bastard. I want nothing more to do with you.
donnishark 21 hours ago
@donnishark "the people in the meat industry" Who are those people? Is it not all of society that runs the meat industry? It is not just some abstract thing out there, away from us. It is all around us, and you'll quite likely stuff it down your own throat with a smile today ;)
FathomlessJoy 21 hours ago
@donnishark "hypocritical, condescending bastard." I thought I was an arrogant, self righteous cock sucking cunt. Which is it? Can keep your childish curses str8?? LMAO
.
Aw, flesh eaters, it is so hard to have compassion for you at times, because it is so easy to laugh at you.
FathomlessJoy 21 hours ago
@donnishark "If the average vegetarian wasn't such an annoying cunt, maybe I'd consider changing my mind" You are giving others far too great of power over your life. Take responsibility for your own mind, your own life, like a man for God's sake!
FathomlessJoy 21 hours ago
@FathomlessJoy "You are giving others far too great of power over your life" YOUR ENTIRE LIFESTYLE IS BASED ON THE FACT THAT THE ACTIONS OF THE FEW HAS LED TO A TWISTED FOOD INDUSTRY. Do you not REALIZE just how hypocritical you're being?! You spout all this fancy rhetoric but you clearly do not follow any of it, nor do you actually care. Use your brain for once. Also; "like a man" I'm much more of a man than you are; I'm comfortable being the way I am; you compensate by insulting and shouting,
donnishark 21 hours ago
@donnishark "YOUR ENTIRE LIFESTYLE IS BASED ON THE FACT THAT THE ACTIONS OF THE FEW HAS LED TO A TWISTED FOOD INDUSTRY" Actions of a few? Most humans eat like maggots.
FathomlessJoy 21 hours ago
@donnishark "Do you not REALIZE just how hypocritical you're being?" Now is about the time you tell me about the few lowly field mice that are run over by tractors and about the feelings of plants, which are living beings too ;) Typical LOL
.
"I'm comfortable being the way I am" Is the the reason for your temper tantrums...comfort?
FathomlessJoy 21 hours ago
@FathomlessJoy Does your brain even work? Do you ever think? Your rhetoric and your arrogance is not helping your cause. This is the last post I'll let you read.
donnishark 21 hours ago
@donnishark "Does your brain even work?" Perhaps, perhaps not. I have been so far today, however, smart enough not to ingest rotting corpses and call it health food. Also today I am grateful to have enough compassion not to rape and torture animals for pleasure. So I like my intelligence so far....
FathomlessJoy 21 hours ago
@donnishark "Your rhetoric and your arrogance is not helping your cause" What is my cause? Do I have a cause?
.
Also, again, you would enjoy my message if I told you how good cheeseburgers were for you and showed you pictures of happy cows, merrily marching to slaughter, right?
FathomlessJoy 21 hours ago
@FathomlessJoy "After all you do enslave, rape, torture, mutilate, and slaughter animals daily" Just because you saw a video of them doing that in China does not mean the rest of the world does that. You should do some research on slaughter houses and feed lots here in the US before making retarded comments.

Well hate to say it but people like this loon will be dictating our diet before long. "Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth." 1 Timothy:4:1-5 (King James)
bjmalley 2 days ago

FathomlessJoy 2 days ago
@gf3030 Oh yeah, let me tell you all about it. Fruits, vegetables, nuts, etc give you very little energy at all. (end sarcasm) lol That is the most ignorant comment I've seen in a while.
AidensOmen 1 day ago
@AidensOmen If fruits veggies and nuts are so good, then why do I get more energy from a big steak or roast? Just saying, you want to call something ignorant, just look at what you said.
gf3030 1 day ago
@gf3030 "then why do I get more energy from a big steak or roast?" Because your body and brain are in a state known as ketosis, and that saturated fat is feeding an addiction. Break that addiction and you will know what true energy, not mere stimulation, is.
FathomlessJoy 1 day ago
@FathomlessJoy "Break that addiction and you will know what true energy, not mere stimulation, is." Yea, we have been though this before. Think I told you before how I work 10-12 hours a day, 6 days a week on the hardest job. Never tired when I get home if I eat any type of meat, if I dont eat meat for a day I have a lack of energy. That should be enough proof right there. Now according to you, if I went vegan, I might not need to sleep? I would have so much energy I could work 24 hours a day?
gf3030 10 hours ago
@gf3030 "Yea, we have been though this before" Is that when you laid out lots of excuses? Just as I predicted, those excuses never end, do they? That is the nature of excuses, right? One after another until we have lived our entire lives making excuses and living in the shadows.

@gf3030 "Never tired when I get home if I eat any type of meat" I am surprised you abuse your body this ignorantly. I wonder what type of upheaval will have to be shown to you to change....
FathomlessJoy 10 hours ago
@gf3030 "if I dont eat meat for a day I have a lack of energy" which is a sign of addiction, not nutrition, bud.
FathomlessJoy 10 hours ago
@gf3030 "That should be enough proof right there" You are addicted to saturated fat, which is a stimulate for you. You body runs in a disease mode known as ketosis. This keeps you on the verge of starvation. I have done many fasts as vegan I am have more energy during them than ever. Why? Because I live off of good nutrition and mental wellness, not stimulation and addiction and pleasure. Peace.
