What's the point of using broken weapons really? That game is sooo easy that i only started to upgrade my weapons after the first Oroshi fight. And of course never updated my life (until being forced to update it because of the end of Nechiku fight) and ink bottles (4 after Spider Queen because 3 is boring)

Once you know how to fight them they are all pretty easy to beat, esecially Orochi. (But I guess that can be said for many RPG's)

You can use fleetfoot since you have the PS2 version. The Wii version has such a bad Fleetfoot (shake the nunchuk in the direction you wanna go, but 90% of the time it don't work.)

Try killing him without Fleetfoot. Also, try killing him with Devout Beads. That's how I did it.

i know it passed 4 months, but you can find the weapon in the merchant of KUSA VILLAGE, it cost 50.000 Yens.

sucks because i didn't know that the infinity judge was a weapon or after i bought it i would have equipped it...so i got barely any use out of it -_- especially when i bought it way late in the game(but still before this boss)...love this game(playing it on the wii since i never had a ps2 and i'm sure someone will say wii sucks but its great for someone like me i have a gaming comp for any fps games and such)

I don't know if you passed this already but in case you're stuck DON'T use power slash...Just attack with any weapon until it shows it's true self then blow away the flames with galestorm technique and attack it with your favorite weapon (if you want, use gold dust to make it stronger)

Nevermind what I said....Just hold press the square button while doing power slash but make sure it's across the hiragana (Kanji?) sign. But if you already passed this then you probably finished the game by now...Congrats =)

It's in the gale shrine: third level in the elevator (you need the key from floor two): go up the stairs and you'll eventuall find it.

Nice, but to me he was so easy (i heard if you get hit enough, he breaks away your orbs) I simply went at him like you did, he seemed like a mini-mini boss like the shark later in the game.

I waited until he charged past me, then lit a cherry bomb just in the place he would stop.... it instantly blew off his armour and let me pulverize him..... but it took forever to get the timing right!
