This is the best tutorial in detail on how to apply ringtones on an iphone! If you are not seeing the ringtone section in your itunes, there is a place in the tabs above in itunes that you will have to correct regarding ringtones. "ringtones". It should be located at the top. Then you select which ringtones you want, and then sync it. Hopefully this helped :)
