Betamax was WAY superior to VHS. It died because Sony wouldn't allow other companies to produce clones and so prices never dropped. The resolution of Betamax was 400lines, VHS is about 240lines, DVD is 480!. The Betamax has until recently still been used along with Betacam as a screener format for post houses.

@reviewreviewer1 Where is the (natural) humor in the prequels? Where are the classic lines like "that is no moon, it is a space station"? Also, do the prequel character express any fear? In Episode IV we see it in the opening scenes in the faces of the rebel forces as they prepare for the boarding of their ship by the imperial forces. In Episode V we see it in Luke as he enters the Degobah cave and faces Darth Vader/himself. CGI should compliment not make up for lack of emotional expression.

Then it went to 9 when Empire came out.

The after Jedi he said he didn't want to do anymore.

Then after his divorce he needed money so the Special Editions came out, then the prequels were made. Mostly to get some money again.

There was a time that Lucas said there would be nine. Then he said there would be six. Then he said there would be no more than 3. Then he went back and made the prequels. I dont think there will be anymore. Although, Lucas is planning to rerelease all six of the films in 3-D in 2009
