  • Ok uhm... So one of the wheels is for left and right and one is for up and down? Geez I don't know how this works :x (I'm from Germany and it's not common here. I didn't know that such a thing exists, before I've seen some videos)

  • @Sumpfdotterschnalle Yes, the left knob lets you draw a horizontal line, and the right knob a vertical line. If you turn them both together you can draw angles and curves depending on how you combine the two actions. Over 150 million Etch A Sketches have been sold since Ohio Art started selling them in 1960. I guess most of them have been in the US.

  • "You all can get took/kuz u draw and get shook like an etch a sketch"

    do u do requests bro?

  • @zerozebra Sometimes :-)

  • if this was 6 mins id like to see a version of this where you took your time, ive not looked through your videos so i might find one :)

  • Cool!

  • Why don't u just draw?

  • @venomDgamer this is more unique, thats mostly why

  • back in the day instead of photshop and corel painter this was the closest you could get to digital art lol

  • music is annoying... cause crap quality. but the drawing is good.

  • Hello, I am a fellow etch a sketch artist myself, and I must say that I admire your confidence in line and proportions. I was impressed with the speed at which you drew the shape of the head in the beginning. I also find this impressive because you accomplished this in 6 minutes on a large sized etch a sketch, which is a lot of ground to cover. I would have probably used the pocket sized etch a sketch. Haha, I can tell you were running out of room when you wrote Phantom, though :)

  • @Pikajane Hello, I appreciate your close scrutiny and complimentary comments. I enjoy working on the "old" full-size classic Etch A Sketches if they have smooth mechanics. I still have a few of them. And I must confess, you're right, I did have to "shoehorn" the title in. I'll try to do better next time ;-) Happy etching!

  • dude this is bloomin fantastic , true genius at work , unbeliavable stuff.

  • This is very good but i have seen better. Also it says in the title real time not real time with a few time lapse

  • WHAT WOULD HAPPEN TO ALL YOUR WORK IF THERE WAS AN EARTHQUAKE?

  • awesome

  • this guy can draw better on an etch a sketch than i can can in real life!

  • i want to know how to do this! lol

  • Then he shakes it and starts over. If I drew anything like that I sure wouldn't be shaking it to start over. I can draw a little house with an X on the bottom! But the lines would be wiggly. LOL. Amazing.
