Just showed this to a group of home health aide students and they loved it. It really helped them to understand cancer and the stages of grief as well as death and dying. I would highly recommend this for anyone.

i cant say.HOW much i like this movie..it's beyond every1's imagination..this movie totally..left a GREAT impact on me..n what a DAMN..GREAT acting by michael keaton!!u knw..what the fucking problem??very few people knw abt this movie..n those who knew..hate this.movie..keaton really should have won an oscar for this..n so does the movie..no1 can watch this movie.without tearing his eyes..i salute to bruce joel robin..who make such a WONDERFUL touchy..movie.it will always been my favourite..

This one prob. the most touching movie I have ever watched. I had one of if not the closest family member of mine pass away from cancer. I watched it eat that person alive for 6 months and it was gut wrenching. This movie was done with pure taste and class.  I love how the director makes you laugh and cry almost at the same time. I must say, when Keaton was funny...you laughed....when the scene was touching, I really cried. Great job. Deserved all the awards possible that year.

I love this movie, the message of which is received loud and clear to me. We are all dying and if we can grow to have the same appreciation for these moments in our lives like this character has, then we are truly living. The soundtrack is soul stirring! From the tender melodies to the optimistic and joyful melodies, this is one of my own "My Life" soundtracks. Look at someone you love sleep while listening to "Nice to meet you, Brian" and feel the tenderness in that song....AMAZING!

Just a great film, never heard of it before, came across this clip randomly on youtube a few months back after looking through Michael Keaton videos, and downloaded this (sorry). And this film didn't disapoint. They just don't make films like this anymore

this is the only movie in my whole life that managed to make me cry especially the scene when his dad shaves his beard at the end... it rips my heart everytime has I had issues with my father when I was younger <3 this movie

Yes I agree Michael Keaton is truely a great actor. He can play just about anything. This movie shows a nice senstive side of his acting. He's very versatile and remains one of my most favourite actors.
