I have often doubts in many westerners "socalled" developed perception of and in muay thai, wushu, etc. but that insight shows me, that you really have developed some perceptive feel for muay thai, your students will find themselves lucky getting your help. Thanks again!
i have a question should i do these exercises one each day or do them all at the same time i just want to get in shape and learn muay thai but im very young
@hcesar82 - You are young, you can do them every other day and then do them 3 to 4 times a week. This is to get in shape, to stay healthy and to make your body strong to do Muay Thai.
@docthailand im planning to do muay thai in six months ( medical reasons why it takes so long) so i want to use that time to get in shape. any particular thing i should really consider when excerising.

Guys, my net connection SUCKS.......so if I want to see these videos I have to wait endlessly! I am 34, fat, high cholesterol et etc!! Can someone pls give me these videos by email (or else is there a way to download them from here??) Please, I do train, but its an hour- 3 days a week in a class with 40 students........I do NOT get the inputs i need.
i think there are software that allows to download this vids! you should check it out on the web. by the way you can run but yourself, hope this helps!
