Hey, i jailbroke my iphone 4 with sn0wbreeze custom firmware 4.3.3 and used the general settings for that. It is on at&t and for some reason the mms messaging wont work. I was wondering if you knew what to do to fix it because i tried a lot of fixes like the iphone delivery one and the simple mobile mms fix both from cydia. Thanks!

Yeah I used blackra1n and read Geohot's blog. It's part of the jailbreak for the 3GS. So I have to use blackra1n everytime I reboot my phone. Nice trade off buy dangerous if I need my phone in an emergency and I need to turn it off to save battery. I won't be able to do that and the Iphone battery doesn't last long.

Okay im having trouble on my computer getting the IPCC carrier to come up. After I hold shift while clicking update it pulls up the window but when I try to open the carrier its looking for IPSW files and not carrier files. So this is not working like it once did for me.

BUT My friend had Itunes 9.0 installed and he did this to my BRAND NEW 3gs 32gb tonight and it updated my carrier. AND i didnt have to adjust the settings for MMS. Mine only says wap.cingular for APN and im sending MMS...

The MMS update that will be supported on iPhone 3GS will definitely come out 09/25. Trust me, I work for AT&T. There is no cost associated with the update. Basically you just plug up to iTunes on 09/25 & it will let you know there are new updates avaliable. The rest is self-explanatory.
