If it is like traditional Photoshop, you click the wand icon, or press W, select the tolerance (power of how much it will select) and click. Shift click to add MORE areas to your selection. When you are done, go to the select menu and choose deselect, or ctrl + D. That's how it's done in the real PS anyway.
