You really shouldn't be microwaving in styrofoam (sp)  . Otherwise, looks about right!

I have had natto for the first time. I found out that i could eat it instead of taking horse pills for Vitamin K2 (mk7). It is quite good. Unfortunately, it appears that there is not much of a market for large batch purchases....and I am not going to pay $90/mo for the little containers. So now i am looking into how to make it. Rice straw seems hard to find.

Natto is great ,but by itself,on rice or Omelet style,but I can not stand it with the mustard.

the yellow bag is japanese mustard and the larger brown one is a type of soy sauce mixture.

I doubt that the natto package is microwavable. But the first natto video with a bowl of rice. You can add chopped green onions on it.
