  • Is a documentary, right?

  • And with one strum of George's guitar, the 60's began ..

  • @98ILoveTheBeatles98 John Lennon also played the first chord as well, and a piano giving that unique depth to the chord.

  • GEORGE IS TUNED UP

  • This may not be my favorite beatles record but it just might be my favorite movie! I love the fun feel of it.

  • awesome vid

  • the first time I saw the Beatles was on Tv. on the Jack Parr show

  • I love Ringoisms

  • i love beatles!

  • Grandes, grandes, grandes!

  • its nice!!!

    Bart

  • George loks like a young JimFitz

  • I could watch this movie everyday, love it! funny stuff, great music!

  • This is a clip from "The Beatles On Record" which itself was made from material gathered for The Beatles Anthology project in the mid 1990's.

  • the one person that thumbed this down is Ringo.

  • @primospartan HILARIOUS!

  • Love it! George really can dance; him and Ringo!

  • Wonderful movie! I saw it in July 1964 when it was first released, and had been a raving Beatlemaniac since I first saw them on the Ed Sullivan Show in February 1964!

  • I've always loved these Liverpudlean "Mopheads" ....

  • @livesteam luvs me Moptops too. :)

  • GREAT !! Thanks !! ^^v

  • A good film? All of the films were horrible.

  • @cremekongen1705 yellow submarine was great

  • @Stalky24 Not really, no. It is a matter of opinion though

  • @cremekongen1705 Tell us why this movie is horrible? C'mon... tell us!!!

  • @lbeatle The plot is dull, and they are terrible actors.

  • @cremekongen1705 Yeah... they weren't good actors, but without this "horrible" movie, music (films) won't be the same today.

  • Comment removed

  • @cremekongen1705 Yeah, but are pretty if we compare the films with your mom

A Hard Days Night, was the best by far...so far..

  • Por siempre lo mejor que existió en la música del s XX.

  • A 20. század legpozitívabb emberei. Egy lélek négy testben. Volt már ilyen a történelemben?

  • Wow, the face-morphing is amazingly well done! :o

  • The Beatles 'wanted to make a good movie' and they certainly did! Most rock'n'roll movies prior to that were dire (like Elvis movies - cheesy!)

  • The best "first chord" ever! What a strange harmony! Beatles for ever! Mindörökké BEATLES!

  • Hard to explain Beatlemania to your kids, but I had it at 6 years old with the Ed Sullivan Shows. It was in full force 10 years later at a Beatle movie marathon in Houston featuring all the films from Hard Day's Night to Let IT BE. My 16 year old is Beatle fan but she'll never know the thrill of taking off the wrapper of their latest album or seeing them on the big screen or even the little screen.

  • Fantastic video!!!

  • öröké BEATLES

  • Still the best selling band in the world, on itunes they sold 2 million songs in 10 days, some groups would like to sell 2 million songs ! not alone in 10 days........The Beatles are still Fab.......

  • After all these years listening to them I still get goosebumps just watching this...

  • Awesome little trailer here...Love this stuff always and forever!!!

  • they are the best and stay the best love them so much they change the world

  • brings back great memories

  • the best.................the best

  • I want to be friends with all you people, because you love the Beatles as much as me.

  • I LOVE THE BEATLES MUCH :*

  • @thastrokes25 so am I O.o

  • Oh how I wish I were young in the 60s. Being a fan of the Beatles now, at my age, many people don't understand how amazingly cool they were (and still are). I feel like I missed out on a great piece of music history. People are going to look back on my generation and think "Britney Spears" and (urgh) "Justin Bieber".

Oh well, I'm a Harry Potter 1st generation. I have that as my hype-experience.

  • "if you look at our itinerary...a tour of England, a tour of Europe, a tour of America, 2 albums, 4 EPs, 3 singles, a movie, all in the same year..."

Bands today would sue their "handlers" over a schedule like that; considering the quality of what these guys put out there, shear brilliance!

  • it's been a harrrrrrd day's night.. n I've been workinnnnnn' like a dog..

  • uhhhhh yeah I guess!?!?!?

  • When I was a kid, I would bribe my mom to let me stay home from school to watch "A Hard Day's Night" on TV. They would always play it in the daytime on Channel 11 in St. Louis. I would promise to vacuum the living room and fold all the clothes if she let me stay home. Then she would always add on another chore, and I would agree, as long as I got to watch the Beatles on TV!

  • only 10 comments? its the fucking beatles it deserves more comments

  • I like how they say it's a clip, yet it's the entire mini documentary
