i made a speaker out of a toilet paper roll. dont think im stupid but, it doesnt move that much. is it because my magnet is too small, or did i wrap it around too many times? [i wraped it 2 times around] or should i wrap more on?

@benposeno I dont know what kind of magnet you have thats why i cant tell if its the magnet or not. I did two layers of wire too so thats not the reason.

@SPLfish88 my magnet is the insides of another speaker magnet, this might be the issue, the magnet doesnt fill up the space in the toilet paper roll, it just sits there, the magnet is like an inch away from the coil

@marcmdm1981 The duct tape works well but you need many many small stripes. I made the former out of two cardboard tubes. I cut on of them into stripes and use those stripes to extend the other tube to 2" diameter. Its hard to do that because the former needs to be perfectly round. Otherwise it scratches on the core or magnet.
